You should notice which country does

Some issue with a vendor and not reply assistance received from Chrono24 as well few of my mail are still without answer that s why I score you 3 However is a nice platform to source out the dreamed master piece I will use it again

You should notice which country does not speak German apart from that I bought 2 watches through you and found out both have been repaired with aftermarket parts that should be declared prior to your clients advertising their watches

A few crucial things can be optimised to make the customer experience better But as per usual they sacrifice customer service for some overblown protection measures I can t put my bank details in my profile for example Need to email them Why If your website is not secure enough then make it more secure not make the customer fill in 0349540389 forms to change an IBAN Also my ads expire within 60 days and then once again I need to email them to re-activate Why Why can t I just click one button and put it back online In my watch collection part once you enter a watch no way to edit it without starting from scratch Really This is the simplest thing to do Overall the website is amazing But a few things really need improving to make sure the customer journey and service is better

Observations on sellers

I tried to Order a watch which was Not available however indicated Occer It had to be Produced with a significant Delay Finally it Turned out that the watch Will Not be produced anymore by the manufacturer Consequently I decided to take a different Model which is really ok and I am quite satisfied with

The website is quite good but the sellers advertising their goods on this site are undisciplined Sometime you get no response and the moderators cannot do anything about it Or the article displayed is already sold but still advertised on the website This frustrates potential buyers Which makes one wonder why the sellers bother to deal through the Chrono24 site

Good overall experience Quit the payment reminders please

Delivery company did not even try to get my sign Just layed the package to my front door without contacting me But reported the correct delivery I had no chance to proof the content Money went immediately to the seller without waiting for my approval This is not trustworthy behavior

Fake is an ongoing worry for me

Good overall experience though the platform s repetitive reminder of qualifying a purchase to see if you or any other party has paid them their fees is quite cumbersome They look like their business model is not sustainable I d suggest them to avoid acting as a collecting agency and act more as a business platform

Mixed experiences

As always the key issue and worry for me is whether the watch i am about to purchase is real or fake While chrono24 is more reliable than say ebay there are still dealers out there who misuse the online system that does not allow for checks of watches by a neutral person This worry is exemplified for me in the fact that a dealer who lied to me - as demonstrated by their own words- is still allowed to trade on the platform

Currency is not selectable

Team is not aligned in the given answers Currency advantage chrono is craving from purchase from English pound to USD and not let you pay in the currency you want makes me rethinking to pury again on the Plattform

I think it s a pity you can t pay in the currency set by the seller That should really be possible today
