Chrono24 insists that you pay in local currency rather than the seller s currency so that they can squeeze you for the foreign exchange fees Garbage I want them to facilitate the transaction not to offer banking products Next time I will deal with the dealer directly and save money

Good people Good service Unfortunately very bad searching does not allow advanced search which by the number of items is ridiculous not to Search goes through titles only which makes one to go through the thousands of listings for thorough search Feedback on private sellers and buyers is missing You can not see other items a private seller sells which is really stupid Ebay has these so it is easier to use ebay but generally both services work If it gets fixed it becomes really awsome

Poor Customer Service

1 Chrono24 site is available in English but this feedback review on TrustPilot is only in German 2 Any feedback or response from Chrono24 is extremely slow needing reminders and multiple follow ups both fro Buyer Seller 3 In the past Chrono24 has made mistakes been very intransparent about it and never owned up for it I lost a few good purchase opportunities because of Chrono24

Chrono24 did a great job with one big exception

Chrono24 did a great job My only disappointment is the limited accuracy of the watch I have a deviation of a bout 1 second per hour that s simply too much for a mechanical watch that according to the posting on Chrono24 was recently serviced chrono24 could support clients with this kind of eperience

Great site with needed improvements

High exchange rates applied when buying watches in other currency Chrono24 says this is to cover from fluctuations but when they pay the seller they don t pay this excess or reimburse it to the buyer

Good Service but

I think the escrow service and 100 satisfaction is perfect and needed please do not buy without it However I think there are cons on this site verified or not and when people are about to spend thousands they need to check out the seller themselves and please educate yourself about Rolex You CANNOT have an altered Rolex serviced by Rolex Any after market parts will cause Rolex to reject it for service and I mean ANY after market parts even a bezel Rolex is all about integrity fo their products they don t want anything to do with frankenwatches Having said that the polished upgraded vintage older watches are still gorgeous and still have Rolex movement and authorized Rolex watch repair people in jewelry stores will service them for a significant amount of money of course Just be aware when you are about to purchase your first Rolex

Good Service but I bought a Tissot Watch witch was called a means watch When i got it i recogniaed it was way to small It definetly was a womans watch

Some issue with a vendor and not

I have used Chrono24 a few times and with no problems as such Only problem is that Chrono24 never has replied back on questions asked this made my purchase much more expensive than nesaccary
