Fantastic service from citron They attend on time and know exactly what areas they need to go to without the need for a member of staff to show them on every visit I was having a problem understanding the new contract and Gemma Atkinson was a massive help when she attended site to empty the bins She explained everything on the contract and contacted head office to make relevant changes needed so I didn t have to do it i m sure this was out of her job description but she went out of her way to help me out Many thanks Gemma
