Staff in the office were very helpful in sorting out a customer service issue - if the operatives could be as helpful this would be much appreciated but then I guess they don t have the overview of the schedule

The driver is always polite and helpful I would prefer to receive a phone call with an estimated time preferably the day before as there isn t always someone at the community centre

Not sure if the contract includes all the bins we have in school Infants Juniors and the main kitchen that joins us But some bins appear to be more regularly cleared than others Could this be reviewed please Thanks Tanja Fitzell School Business Manager

WOULD HAVE BEEN FIVE BUT VERY

As far as the service Citron deliver re collection of waste it is extremely good I feel the only thing that lets it down is the administration side when renewing a contract in that it was all done electronically and when I tried to query something that was electronic and nobody got back to me
