I have been trying to cancel my account since November last year with very few responses to emails Finally a bit of communication this week now June and I am told that I am tied in until August and need to give 3 months notice Given I have never signed a contract I am not surprised that I have been waiting 2 days for them to send me a copy of this contract Just want them to stop sending me invoices and take the sanitary bin away given that I no longer own the business it is in What a nightmare

I have been trying to get out of our contract for 10 months the account manager never replies to email or calls I just want everything taking away and the contract cancelled as you are not providing the level of service you should be I would like a complaints email address please Thanks
