Inspire to Citron

We were originally an Inspire Customer and we found during the initial take over from Citron - collections and paperwork were somewhat hit and miss leaving us with clinical waste bags mounting up Difficulty being there is no local rep that we could talk to everything was done through a central call centre where no one ever called back Our driver Jonathan Laffan - has always been pleasant and helpful and things seem now to have settled down and we are now getting regular collections
