Suppose to change inside of bin monthly we re lucky if you do this quarterly But we re paying you to collect monthly You have the times the premises are open and you were to inform me went the driver was in my area and which day they would be coming around monthly this has not happened either

No signature when they come so I get invoice I dont even know if they have been or not Was promised Friday visits this has not happened Not happy with service arrange to meet Rep never turned up Looking for another company

Sadly we have experienced a poor service Every week we have to chase up the day of service and it is never the same day each week We appreciate Covid may have caused some issues but to have to wait for our bin to emptied causes us hygiene issues An overflowing bin that hasn t been emptied for more than 10 days is unacceptable It would appear on occasion that a driver has signed on our behalf to say our bin has been serviced This practice should be addresses internally

Our school toilets have female sanitary bins 15 of them that are supposed to be emptied every 6 weeks After 8 weeks go by I end up calling to find out whats going on told they will attend by the end of the week as the job has somehow been marked as attended and completed despite no one attending 2 weeks go by and no show By this time several of the bins are overflowing and stinking the place out badly Another call and another promise to find out whats going on and We will give you a call back No call back and they suddenly turn up mid way through the day two days later despite me informing them multiple times they can only access the school toilet blocks before or after school hours to safeguard their staff and our pupils Someone needs to take ownership of customer relations at Citron and fire a rocket up peoples behinds to make some drastic improvements

visits to empty bins are few and far between and repeatedly occur outside of office hours despite being aware of convenient times Very little contact

Generally the service is good recently we had bins delivered with lids attached which does not work for our need We have spoken with the replacement driver who now understands

Never the same operative so a member of staff is always required to show them where all of the toilets are which in a large building takes around 30 minutes Previously Canon Hygiene changed the bins for clean ones on each visit this doesn t happen anymore Operatives need constant reminding to clean the bins on each visit

Visits are not convenient - staff turnover results in new person learning site

I ve been trying to use sharps removal services from this company I had a contract from last year and they haven t managed to any yellow containers yet Currently I ve got 2 to be removed and they already sending me the next invoice The driver s will come unexpected and communication is really poor They should message text or call us in advance before coming so we now the collection is happening but there s no notice at all
