Poor service

Unfortunately due to the constant none service s that our sites were receiving and never seeing the same service engineer twice we made the decision to cancel all of our contracts with CitronHoping this would be sorted quickly and smoothly it s been nothing but The Customer Care Manager hasn t resolved any issues we ve had and no one comes back to you Don t go anywhere near once your in a contract with them they make it difficult to get out of and don t carry out their side of the contract

Absolute shambles kings Norton

They took me on over 12 months on the promise how fast the company growing etc and pursuading me to leave a global company who will never do anything except grow took me on then 1 day called into the office where they let me go on the spot no warning nothing the manager didn t even have the decent to even speak to me no goodbyes no explanation nothing she even got a service leader to deliver the news instead of doing it herself absolutely disgusting she s got another woman working along side her who cudnt b any further up her backside they treat ya like dirt 20 people they ve let go now Coz the company is struggling to stay on its feet aboslute joke aall office staff great except nic kings Norton office absolute sham

Terrible Company

Ignores all emails increases annual fee by well over 100 and sends emails asking for payment even though we requested the contract be cancelled Being completely ignored by the company yet being asked for money constantly And still i am wating for someone to deal with this for me nearly a year and no-one can be bothered to reply to my emails calls or correct their errors After ringing today AGAIN I was told that the person on the phone didn t know his bosses email address or phone number and I could only go through to the helpline

Completely Incompetent

Been charged for a SDU that I ve never had and doesn t exist since beginning of year We have 2 all paid for in full in advance but charging for a 3rd which even collection lady confirms does not exist Getting constant chasing for the money and now on 3rd level with threat of court action REALLY I have a log of half a dozen emails and several phone calls to sort this with both Accounts payable AND Account manager and STILL chasing me for something that doesn t exist Go ahead start court proceedings I can t wait Obviously won t be renewing other 2 contracts when they end in Feb Complete incompetence The lady whom collects the bins however monthly is excellent cannot fault Pity about the rest

Citron has not serviced my bin for 2

Citron has not serviced my bin for 2 YEARS but continuously send me invoiced demanding payment for a service they do not provide Linda Powell does not answer her emails but will happily send out completely random invoices Considering reporting them to the HMRC because if they aren t capable of completing basic tasks then I can t imagine that they re doing things legally and need to be investigated

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience dealing with this company from start to finish they seem to be nothing more than scam artists I unwittingly signed up for services with a terrible company and when attempting to address the issues I was shuffled from one account manager to another with none willing to accept responsibility for a myriad of errors and deceitful agreements I found random sums of money being withdrawn from my account at their discretion and even after putting a stop to it they persistently inundate me with inaccurately assembled invoices for services that were never rendered Despite my efforts to resolve the problem I am met with a complete lack of response and accountability My advice steer clear of this company

In 30 years of business this is one of the most unethical and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with They are so desperate for business they will use any dirty tactics to find people to sign their documents then claim acceptance Avoid at all costs PHS are far more efficient and professional

Shocking service from Citron Hygiene

Shocking service from Citron Hygiene today We have a six week collection for sanitary bins at a large high school These are now overflowing and called today to say they were late to collect only to be told they won t be collected till mid February Apparently they had tried to collect them on the 29th December when the school was shut which was 5 weeks since the last collection Apparently this is our fault for not telling them we were closed like every other school in England on the 29th December and not theirs for calling a week early If they had adhere to the six weeks collection and turned up as expected in the first week of new year there wouldn t be a problem Absolutely shocking service and just one more issue from this company Avoid at all costs
