We recently purchased LG Washer Dryer and were so pleased with our Salesperson all the products from which to choose and the prices were most competitive if not better than the other stores in the area the store is so clean and so well organized what I like best is that everyone who works there is a part owner thus has a vested interest in the store doing well It was indeed a pleasrue to shop there and we will shop there in the future for sure

Great service from start to finish

Got a fantastic deal on a 3D TV and a soundbar from Big Sandy Superstore during Black Friday Even during the holiday rush they called me to let me know that a sound bar was out of stock and upgraded me to a higher model free of charge It did take about 2 weeks for me to get my TV but it came as promised within a 4 hour window provided by Fedex Freight The delivery man even helped to get the giant 60 TV into my house Awesome service

Wes is the Best

Wes at the South Point Ohio location was phenomenal He was so helpful very patient with us We just purchased a new home and took quite a bit of time choosing a sectional and a sofa He definitely guided us in the right direction with prices and quality We have several more rooms we are looking to fill w furniture and I will be seeing Wes again soon

I had no problem with the salespers

I had no problem with the salesperson But when they brought our washer and dryer and pedestals one pedestal would not stay shut in stead of bringing us a new one we had to wait over 3 weeks for a repair man to come and fix ours And the washer had a scratch on the crome around the door and the one side has a really bad paint job I sent a email about it but never got a answer from anyone this was not a cheep set top of line Electrolux

Great staff Never pushy but always close if I needed assistance Knowledgeable of stock options Helped track down an extra floor model chair that was last in stock so I could have two that matched Can t speak on furniture quality durability as I have not had it delivered yet but did buy higher quality level We will see I would recommend Big Sandy

Bought a new bedroom suit and mattress with adjustable base The bedding salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in selecting the best bedding and accessories The furniture rep was helpful in explaining where we could save with incentives and went out of his way to work with us to get a second nightstand in place of the free tv offer Overall a great experience Will definitely recommend others
