RE Orders ORDER CRDP58307 CRDP59491 Never WORKED from Start No Touch Densor to replace Broken on Arrival then to REPLACE it i bought I am in proceedings with BBB org to FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CREALITY3dshopNEW IN BOX from CREALITY3dShop USED BROKEN thrown in a box from AMAZON with old buyers NAME SMASHED ALL up PRINTER BED USED INTENSELY HORRIFIC AVOID THIS COMPANY - Return labels and all NOT EVEN their OWN PACKAGING WHAT SCAM STORE AVOID THEY SEND USED PRINTERS TRASHED and this is NOT THE FIRST - the last one BROKEN upon arrival ALSO i bought three from them TWO NOT WORK FROM START and the one today UPS arrived and it is USED TO HECK and BEAT ON and NOT packed LOOSE IN BOX THANKS CREALITY3dshop I AM FILING COMPLAINT BBB org and REVIEWING YOU EVERYWHERE AFTER RIPPING ME OFF TWICE

I continue to not having any solution

I continue to not having any solution to my problem they send me outdate printer after sales doesn t work neither nobody takes responsibility and the guy who contact me was very cordial on the first and unique mail that send me talking about sending me a mainboard until today nothing more to say crap company I think is not the solution very disappointing with creality 3d I buyed on a suppost EU site and after I payed for some itens also I was charged twice because they send the itens from a China storage buy directly to creality not this middle wanna be Its situations like this that make me regret acquiring the creality printer The real creality company never treat a client like this zero answers zero solutions Plz buy diferent brands because post selling service does not exist

Creality3d shop is NOT the real manufacturer

Folks believe me in my first post These people at the cleverly disguised reseller Creality3d shop received my emails to cancel the order and ignored them I can only guess they wanted that sale to go out regardless Be smart and order directly from the REAL CREALITY at creality3dofficial comTheir price was better plus no tax and they will respond if you have issues with your order BTW my new CR 6 SE is working great I highly recommend it The auto leveling works great and you wont have to mess with manually leveling and wondering if you got it right

Customer support is plain awful

Customer support is plain awful Took them 2 months to send me a 3D printer while they were telling me by email don t worry it s almost there Now I just pray so I won t have any issues that may require sending the printer to them or something Terrible terrible service

These positive feedbacks are just created by them Tell me what shop in the EU charges you for sending a part that you have to replace on your own These feedbacks where a happy customer writes that it costs only 8 dollars or euro Come on Could you trustpilot seek a little more detailed who is uploading reviews

I ordered a ender 3 about 24 hours ago and still did not get a confirmation email I tried to confirm my email address I used for for the order and it says it don t exist I read some reviews and some say its a scam I want my 99 back unless my printer ships within 48 business hours I still have not received any communication from this company one week later no printer They comment that they responded below I emailed them as requested and still nothing

Sermoon D1 printer

Bought a Sermoon D1 printer that arrived damaged Creality does not support their printers and customer service is awful Have waited almost 3 months for replacement parts to even get the printer to run Now poor quality after being pretty good Avoid this company as their printers and support are terrible

Avoid at all cost

Ordered a printer on January 14th the only thing I got is a box with a metal sheet and some extruder tips No signs of customer support no answers but a bot that says Order not fulfilled yet I can share screenshot if needed Avoid at all cost it looks to me that brand has been impersonated several times and whoever the official brand is it is no taking any action whatsoever

Awful ordered a 3d printer

Awful ordered a 3d printer it has never worked straight out the box Companies return policy is non existent have sent over 30 emails asking to return the printer They just keep asking me unbox its and try a different solution All you get is copied and pasted responses ordered it from the UK site and dispatch centre have had to file a paypal claim to get the money back creality have you over a barrel as the returns centre is China even though it was boucht and dispatched from the UK Would cost a fortune to send it back to China I would avoid at all costs am still dealing with PayPal to try and recover the money

A zero accountability company

If you get a working printer consider yourself lucky Otherwise you are on your own The customer service is non-existent Got Creality 3D printer for my son in December 2023 We assembled it and tried - the bed did not heat up Contacted Creality support In a week or so they got back to me advising to check a voltage selector We opened the printer up an found a loose wire After we attached it the printer started working I hope it lasts In short you will be dealing with a zero accountability company
