My LC-40 10 watt laser is great been using it to engrave some slate Decides it was time to clean the lens When reinstalling the air assist nozzle I noticed something inside rattle After putting it all back together and starting another slate job I didn t have any light from laser Re-examined the unit and this time I got light but not the 10 watts I was used to Contacted SainSmart since it was still under warranty Joey was very helpful asking for some examples of what was happening After reviewing the data a new laser module was on its way SainSmart s customer service is the best

This is my third machine i have From Sainsmart and every one has worked amazingly for what i needed to do The most impressive thing over the last 2 years is how great and fast the customer support is I have purchased a few similar machines from other companies that i very quickly sent back because of how bad the support was Don t waist your time with any competitor company and stick with Sainsmart

I ve been shopping with Sainsmart for over a year now and have always found their support to be excellent I would highly recommend their products they are well designed clearly documented and easy to use I bought a small 3018 CNC Router and they have been nothing but helpful with replacement parts ordering difficulties anything Good job keep it up

SainSmart provided an excellent service to me They provided information to help me use their CNC the right way ensure I am satisfy with the machine and I enjoy using it This is the best customer support I experienced for at least 10 years The CNC worked right of the box just need to assembled and connect to my computer and there you go SainSmart people are great to deal with
