I had some calibration problems with my new Ender 3 Max Deb and the team sent me a model to print so they could see what the printer was doing I emailed them pictures of what was happening and Deb and The Team sent clear instructions back to me on correcting the 3d printer and It worked like a charm Thanks Deb

Good customer service

I was a little upset because I had to wait almost 2 months for this package to arrive at my house Something happened with the shipping label with UPS and they returned to sender Once I contacted the company and let them know what happened they sent another out as soon as they could My positive feedback is that I have received it now and am loving every minute of it This machine is amazing and they were very helpful when I let them know that I had not received my package yet Thank you Creality for a great product

The right way to do it

I had a small issue of a set screw coming loose after a time so I wrote to the support team and I am happy to say that their response was very fast and extremely helpful Their Technicians sent a rundown of all possible issues in a neat and understandable way I now know and can assure anyone else that they can rely on their service Great

Fantastic Machine Easy to work on and upgrade

I did a lot of research going into this and bought the CR10S PRO fantastic machine and performs as expected I did have an issue with a belt emailed customer service provided my service tag number and order number Sammi is supposed to be sending it to me in the mail Absolutely love this machine so much I bought another one this one has a sensor issue however I sent videos to Sammi at customer service and they are getting the sensor out to me Machines are exactly what I expected and thank you Sammi My wife runs a daycare now she is thinking about getting a printer for the kids projects because she is tying mine up

Excellent quality and service

I previously bought and Ender 3 during 2020 and it has been my most consistent printer This year I tried the CR touch with my Ender 5 and have had no issues with set up of function

I got a Ender5 Pro after years of wanting a 3D printer Very easy to setup My extrusion clamp came damaged but customer support helped get me a new one really quickly I ve never been so happy for a company s support to help clearly and quickly

First time ordering from this website and honestly it was a great experience Yo be honest I was quite worried about it since I read the Reddit page and the reviews but they literally shipped it out in 2 days and it was delivered within 4 The printer itself as well was in amazing condition and I couldn t have asked for any more from anyone All I can advise is that you select the right region for your printer otherwise there might be delays but other than that the customer service was very helpful as well as I addressed my concerns Overall a great experience

I Purchased the Creality Ender 5 Plus from this Seller while it was on a discount Everything went smooth Also ended up with the better power supply Other sellers ship it with a cheaper power supply not these guys It arrived in great shape I was worried because its such a big package and the glass bed plate but was fine So far so good I will be buying an Ender 3 soon from them too Their prices cant be beat anywhere Excellent service Quality and I love my E5 Thank You

I ordered an Ender 5 from Creality3d and UPS lost it somewhere in Spain after quite a bit of delay waiting for investigations and such Creality3d shipped me a replacement They were extremely helpful through these difficulties As to the Ender 5 I am loving it The printer was quick and easy to assemble and I got very good results from my first two prints I then spent a day with some online guides to tune the different settings and get to know the printer better I am glad to say that I love this printer I get excellent results it appears to be very well made and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get up and running The Ender 5 has met or exceeded every expectation I had
