They had logistics problems or problems with their delivery either way I tried waiting a month for them to figure out what was going on but the shipping never updated so i made a paypal claim so i could get my money back because the communication wasn t really good i was left speculating as to what was happening They ended up saying the shipper has it but ontrac never updated and i called twice so yeah i resorted to claiming i didn t want to deal with all the wait any longer

Closed source software

The store itself is nice but closed source software for a touch screen lcd The stock firmware for the S1 Pro is missing a lotttt of features no option even for filament change And the m600 is not supported Will be hard for us GitHub people to add what we want with that extra hassle of closed source software for the screen

Was excited to get the Ender S3 Pro

Was excited to get the Ender S3 Pro I pre-ordered and waited Finally got my order but they didn t include the sprite extruder in the box I ve now waited a month for the replace which they ve assured me is now at their facility and will be shipped out ASAP but I have not received a tracking number and I got that notification a week ago after I inquired about the status Product ordered in early May Once I get to use the unit I ll update the score if it s worth it
