I am new to the 3D printing world

I am new to the 3D printing world My D D group decided that it would be more cost effective if we just got a 3D printer and made our own miniatures than to buy all the ones we would need So we got the ender 3 pro and I loved it I then started to get more and more into printing and have decided to make a side business with it and now have the CR-10s and crealitys resin printer as well All great additions to my neely found 3D printing obsession

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews here but at least for me the printer arrived on time and works great I m in Belgium and got an Ender 3 Just one thing I had to shim the vertical profiles because they were cut at a slight angle Nothing major though

Excellent customer support IMO

Despite what other reviews say my experience with Creality has been nothing but great for my first experience with a 3d printer I picked up an ender 3 and after 3 or 4 months of working fine the motherboard cut out not sure what happened exactly maybe something shorted I contacted support and they got me a replacement Mobo shipping fee was 14 but I m good with that for a working printer again Works awesome again and it s super fun to tinker with Absolutelty would recommend just make sure you make it absolutely clear to support what your issue is and they ll take care of ya

Good experience Ender 3 pro order

After placing my order i read lots of negative comments so was a bit worried I received my printer a week after ordering it the customer service answered my emails within a couple of hours each time Overall everything went well and I ll definitely order from here again

I ordered Creality Ender 5

I ordered Creality Ender 5 and im really happy with it Support is great i have a problem with delivery and they help me a lot fast and now the printer finally arrived I expected much less from the printer but the printer pleasantly surprised me and I m glad that the Creality Ender 5 is my first 3D printer And any negatives The first setup is more complicated for a beginner like me but it s nothing you can t handle Thank you Creality team

Fast shipping fast response time if you have a problem

I put the printer together and had the thermister wires hooked up backwards the printer wouldn t work so I thought it was the power supply I emailed creality3d shop and the next day I had a shipping label to return the printer for a full refund Fortunately I figured out the problem and now everything works great I would definitely buy from them again Also best price and shipping to Illinois was three days

CR-10 V2 shipped fast

I am in Arizona purchased my first 3D printer CR-10 V2 and I am loving it I received the printer quickly setup was very easy and enough filament was included to print for about 8 hours I completed my order and chose the incorrect coupon I reached out to customer service and they fixed it for me with no issues and refunded me the difference from the better offer I look forward to working with Creality more I will buy from them again this has been a great experience

BLTouches for my Ender 6 printer

I had purchased two BLTouches for my Ender 6 printer When I got my BLTouches they weren t working properly I spoke with some extremely kind customer service representatives who instructed me on what to do to show them my problem Based on my picture and video demonstrations they came up with a solution which worked perfectly They sent me new cables to replace the shorter cable that comes with the BLTouch and the sent me a CRTouch as a replacement Upon receiving their fix I installed the new device and it works like a charm I couldn t be happier with my experience working with the Creality team to solve my problem They were extremely responsive and extremely helpful They definitely have a lifelong customer in me Thank you Creality team ans customer service You re all amazing

Easy to assemble and operate with top notch quality 3D printer

I had Ender-5 and I recently purchased CR-10S V3 I am very happy with purchase and quality of printer and its technology is top notch I got pretty quality prints out of this printers Overall the best service for 3D printing technology is offered by Creality Great job Creality

I bought an Ender3

I bought an Ender3 Shipping from Germany was super fast and the printer came faster than expected Assembly was easy and within 2 hours I printed my first model Good quality as advertised I played around and used the included piece of filament I managed to print some small models with it Can t wait for the filament spool to arrive I had a minor issue with the bed the support was fast and effective the gave me suggestions and everything went smooth What else can I say Go get one
