Creality is hands down the best for hobbyists

I ve had nothing but great products and service with Creality ever since I bought my Ender 3 I would highly recommend the company as well as the printer so any beginners out there If you like to tinker the Ender 3 is definitely for you There is a HUGE community for the platform I ve had zero issues with my printer since I bought it two years ago

Fast reliable delivery of great Ender 3 v2

Now that I ve finished setting up my Ender 3 v2 I can t say enough about how great this printer is Far exceeded my expectations Despite somewhat sparse instructions it went together and leveled easily and every print has been near perfect with no fails Dimensions of prints are much better than my other printers without having to calibrate at all This is a very sturdy well designed machine Creality3d shop has actually worked out great despite a moment of panic when I realized they weren t part of Creality3d and saw some really bad older reviews They really should not pretend to be part of Creality I can t say anything about service but their price was great and I got the printer literally the next day after placing my order

The overall experience is very positive However I was quite worried after I read all the reviews on the internet I thought I was ordering on the official website I ordered Ender 3v2 to Berlin Germany and paid with the credit card So the review is relevant for this setup The order has been shipped 1 day later then expected and it arrived within 2 days DHL The printer was in the original packaging and all the components were inside They sell official products but they are resellers I was able to print successfully after assembly

This is my 3rd printer the first was a CR6 and it wasn t a good printer it broke after just 3 weeks then I got the V2 and it is still going strong and I loved it but this S1 Pro has to be the best by far to date Everything is top line with one exception the SD Card mine did not work so I had to buy a new ine but with that problem fixed it is a Perfect printer perfect in all ways I can not wait to get the laser cutter in it So other than the SD Card I m in love with it and oh yes the build plate which stop sticking after the 5th to 8th print I can not say enough good things on it

BL touch upgrade on my Ender Pro 3

It has taken some time for the delivery of my BL Touch upgrade for Ender Pro 3 Once installed it works perfectly No issues and no more manual interventions about levelling the print bed Time win and better print quality

I ve read some bad experiences with this seller so I was a little nervous after I had already ordered I was pleasantly surprised that within 2 business days I had a tracking number and an actual pickup 3 days later it was on my doorstep The box was undamaged and the contents were perfect I assembled my laser engraver cutter and everything works great I m very happy with the quality and speed of delivery

3D printer review

I recently got my first 3-D printer and to my surprise when I opened the box it appeared that the base of the 3-D printer wobbled This was a serious issue because you can t print on an uneven surface I emailed customer service right away and they quickly responded They then went right to work with asking the right questions and within 2 days they helped me diagnosis and solve my issue Really appreciate their help Sure beats sending everything back and having to deal with that hassle

Honestly the best thing that has ever happens to me wish to buy more printer from these guys live how the cr10 mini cane with Filament you can print with the cr10 mini has been the best of the best and price too I will be buying more in the future thank you Creality3d for the printer that I bought on Black Friday thank you 3

My creality Ender 3 Pro stopped

My creality Ender 3 Pro stopped extruding filament so I contacted the support team They replied very quickly within a day since I emailed them at 2 am my time They gave very simple to follow instructions with images and videos to help me trouble shoot my problem Over the course of 5 or 6 emails they were able to help me get my printer up and running there is a very small language barrier but the team is very knowledgeable extremely helpful and quickly replied to emails I am highly satisfied with the customer service and would recommend Creality Printers to every artist and hobbyist I know
