Really a scam and scumbag agency

Ryan is really an Scumbag travel agent who always tries to ask for more money and threats to cancelled the tickets I will suggest you don t fall in the trap of good rating they will take all your blood out your body

Scammer Kapil Choudhary

I got the email from mr kapil choudhary for credit card verication Although the payment was 3d secure he need a lot of documentation which is never asked by any company in the world front and backside of the card lol after telling him I am not gonna give you backside of the card look he threatened me and they are scam company response We would need all the details which are mentioned below to validate the booking In case you will not be able to provide the documents the booking will get canceled and you will not be able to get the refund because the tickets are non-refundable They will cancelled the ticket and provide no refund be carefully don t book with them

Confirmed flight ticket price on their website changed

Confirmed flight ticket price on their website was changed to a higher price at payment on three occasions then I received call asking 50 more for the same flight They then try to reduce the price slightly lower after speaking to their supervisor Gimmicky company

Changed flights

We booked flights to Cambodia in June to travel in Dec we thought we d book early as the accommodation was getting booked up Big mistake At first Frank Smith who dealt with our booking was helpful then we we re informed our flights had been changed the second time they added a 6 and a half hour overlay on our last flight from Bangkok to phnom pehn Amble dealt with my last calls We ve been offered no compensation or even any food or drink vouchers we re now going to arrive late and miss our connecting boat over to the islands I wish we d never booked with Crystal Travel and just booked our own flights

Am due to travel next week on book ref CTON835167 for which I need to ask a question Unlimited phone calls and four emails directly to a team manager have resulted in nought I will lose out financially because of their apathy or perhaps it s a policy decision not to communicate with consumer one they ve got your money I can t hazard a guess but it is poor poor customer service

Prices not available beware

I was looking to book a flight and having searched for my choice of departure and arrival airports luggage allowance and all the other details I found a convenient flight for an average price compared to other available flights on multiple platforms I wanted to proceed with buying but as soon as I started the process I was told the seats are gone and I need to choose another flight I chose another flight and guess what Same message about the seat not being available I m not sure what went wrong but to me this looked like an attempt to get people to their website by advertising lower prices despite not having availability in the hope that you ll buy another ticket anyway I ended up going to the airline s website and in less than 5 minutes I had my original flight for a few quid extra Shame the reviews were promising

Disappointed and surprised

The Saturday flight for which I had an E-Ticket was invalid There was no explanation and to be honest I did not know whether I was coming or going I had to cancelled all my pick-ups to and from the Airport I expected better service from Crystal Travel

This is a spurious company if you need

This is a spurious company if you need to make changes this is where they rip you off it seems And they tell you that they do not make a penny but I truly think this is a lie because I got a bill for over 1300 to change my ticket and they said they did not make a penny but when I said no more that a certain price they came back and said they have one for 498 so I feel very ripped off Careful Read what people say first

Booked plane tickets to Thailand Or so I thought Went through the process within couple of minutes and then they told me there were no seats left at the price Someone calls and tells you that you can book at a totally different price of course it s a higher price than it was advertised on the website I smell the scam when I see it It was my first attempt to use this website and the last one Never again Scammers
