To0 many phone calls n seats given only tried yo sell them tried to convince me to buy seats otherwise they ll be taken

When booking the tickets there was a good rapport but unfortunately when I had missed my return flight there was total neglect I called Crystal and was told there is nothing they could do and cut me out I would have expected some understanding of my situation in an unfamiliar country and given some option as how I can arrange return to UK

Most competitive price there was Problems with the site re making the payments wasn t helped by waiting until the office had opened Nice people but communications were difficult and it took far too long to sort out the payment Payment form was too clunky imo

Agent booked an extra night and never told me

After numerous phone calls I gave up on this company who changed my return date without informing me which ended up costing me an extra night hotel and car hire in America Numerous phone calls to Merritt Lynch who just fobbed me off and blamed BA BA told me that the date had always been booked for the different day I was told Sometimes it pays to go with a more expensive agent

Emailing me all the time requesting a review

I didn t have a problem with my flight ticket buying experience Yesterday they claimed that the flight time of my flight has changed for 10 minutes forwarding a BA email and since then they are nudging me to review their service by writing a review They already sent 4 emails I am honestly disturbed by the number of emails they sent to write a review for a simple flight ticket purchase For this reason even though their service didn t cause any issues so far and I was happy with ticket purchase process I am giving low score They should be more careful in not disturbing their customers with constant unnecessary communications

I was unable to book seats online on

I was unable to book seats online on one of the flights for my trip to Australia so I contacted Crystal Travel and spoke to Shally She booked the seats for me and I paid the required amount to do so Unfortunately when we checked in online different seats had been allocated and there was no facility to alter them I spoke to Shally this morning she said that I must have changed them certainly not true and wouldn t give me a refund I will not be using this company again

The telephone operator has strong

The telephone operator has strong accent so I couldn t understand what he saying And after I booked tickets they charge money 2 times and refund such a mess and took so long to get eTicket Worst freaky moment I ve ever had Never wanna use this service again

My flight was unconfirmed and even after approval of changes I am yet to receive my ticket 4 days later

Have never been able to successfully complete a booking online One is usually prevented to continue at some stage This time i tried to make the booking during closing time the next day I requested a web initiated call back to discuss the booking and the agent said the price was no longer the same he also said that possibly the price showing had not been updated and offered to book for a higher price I declined the offer and went back on the web the original price was still available and I successfully booked it online
