Amazing experience in store and online

Had a really good in store experience at the Shoreditch store Guys were really helpful in helping me pick the right shape and explaining the ordering process and in general were super friendly chatty and relaxed even my dog laid down for a quick kip Had an issue with delivery timeframes and online support were able to fix this straight away and kept me updates throughout And to top it off quality glasses Thanks

A must optician Our eyes deserve the best

This is my 5th pair of specs from Cubitts Visiting the St James store since Oct 2019 Eye exams are always thorough Help advice from qualified staff regarding the best frame to suit aesthetically for my prescription On collection my previous specs went off for an annual complimentary full clean they replaced one hinge for me Posting them back to me New specs were fitted Staff at St James are always welcoming show a personal interest always keen to sort out the smallest of problems one may have My clip on sun specs were ordered delivered to me by post Complimentary case cleaning liquid cloth bag were included with my new specs worth over 80 I fully recommend Cubitts as a company the St James store situated in Jermyn Street

What made my experience great The whole experience and product isn t just great it s off the scale amazing Since I was given a heads up from a friend at work six years ago I wouldn t even dream of going anywhere else Glasses that are well made that you won t see every man woman and his her dog wearing that are guaranteed to start conversations with strangers not to mention being incredibly good value there s nowhere else I could ever see me going

I ve been shopping with Cubitts for a good few years now I ve never had a bad encounter in any of there stores or on online communications They always go above and beyond to help My recent interaction with the store in Leeds was excellent Really thorough eye test speedy delivery on new glasses and swapping out some lenses on existing frames All done really efficiently Thanks

Fantastic frames prescription Plender - Khaki a fantastic customer service The quality lenses design is just perfect coupled with an after sales support that is professional human very quick to deal with any queries Highly recommend Cubitts with the only draw back being is that you ll want everything they have to offer

Brilliant experience Never had glasses before and felt daunted at lots of shops with a massive range and price range of frames A friend recommended cubitts I LOVE the set up Beautiful shop Edinburgh No pressure to buy There are only a limited number of styles but then huge number of colours Then everything is one price An approach I found made it much easier to find something the suited me The glass and case at beautiful and I think the value for money is amazing A pleasurable straight forward enjoyable experience start to finish
