Act dishonestly take missing information from customers deal unsatisfactorily first and last purchase

I have yet to receive my order and am not even able to track to I even paid for quicker processing and shipping and have no clue where it even is

My order never arrived Ordered two bracelets for Valentine s Day and paid for express processing Despite multiple email enquiring the progress the team just keeps telling me the order is being processed and will be with me asap One staff member told me my order was definitely being processed only to deny at a later stage saying they need to wait for restock and it s not ready yet The changing explanation and delays start to look suspicious as they fail to provide any processing or shipping information I only get a refund when I threaten to make an application for credit chargeback Guys don t buy from this store

Never got my order and no updateOrder 372074Order was placed on Feb 6 I paid for quicker processing and expedited shipping for my anniversary Last update was Feb 8 saying that it s getting customized I ve emailed support but aside from newsletters I haven t heard from them

I ordered my wife custom bracelet that was in stock on February 2nd It is now February 29th and still not delivered yet I missed Valentine s Day and my anniversary now and it s two weeks passed already I want a refund

I ordered two bracelets on Feb 6th and it s now Feb 28th and I still don t have them I have had contact with the customer service but they told me that because of the amount of orders they got for Valentine s day there was a delay If you can t keep up with your orders you shouldn t promise something to be delivered in 3-5 days

Absolutely disappointed Paid for fast shipping and it s been over 15 days but there have been no updates and haven t got any replies from them regarding my order If you can t deliver with you business then please refund my hard earned money

I bought a pair of rings and for starters it took more time to ship of what the website says second after they finally ship it from Europe to Canada the delivery company says my items are delivered and no they are not Customcuff isn t answering customer support and I m asking for my money back Its a very annoying purchase experience from this website Poor poor service

I ordered my item for me and my girlfriend on May 9th and they say my purchased items have arrived in my country 12 days ago Am I ever going to get my item

Terrible experience Followed all the guideline on the website regarding ring sizing I was all set for a size 9 but went to a 10 because of a statement in the website that reads if I between sizes go up a size I did so and now the ring doesn t fit The ring I received and measured I believe is also bigger than what the size states on the website but customer service are having none of it Took 4 emails just to answer one question and they will not except any fault or liability Absolutely gutted as this was for a Christmas present It s a shame as the overall quality of the products is quite good and I was planning to go a lot more from them in the future as I d seen other pieces I ve liked but now out of principle I won t because of how my issue has been dealt with The worst customer service I have ever had from any company Stay well clear
