Order 73790Ordered the set cuff and received a complete different product Reached out immediately and Lauren said they will resend the order Waited for more than two weeks and never heard from them so had to email them again They said they were waiting for tracking information Two days ago it says there is updated tracking information and it showed that it s been in transit for the past two days Entered the tracking ID myself on the shipping company instead of using their link it showed that CC has only updated electronic information and they haven t received the actual shipment I m either requiring a refund or CC can show proof that my product is actually with the shipping company replying to their comment the delivered item on 18-3 is the complete wrong item

I ordered a necklace may 14th On may 18th it said it was on its way It s been 13 days and still nothing Not even an update I had high hopes for this and all I see is bad reviews Hoping it comes in or I atleast get an update soon

Bought a bracelet 2 5 month ago It seems like it has a coat of silver paint over it thing that I did not notice before it all started to peel Now the bracelet is starting to look so bad I can t wear it anymore Prices a bit higher for the quality they offer

My order was extremely late and after receiving it it was scuffed and damaged I emailed customer service and specifically said in my email that I had tried everything to polish and even scrub the cuff and the marks would not come out It looks like black plastic had been melted onto the cuff The response I received told me to gently rub it with a cloth They clearly hadn t bothered to read me email and or were not willing to offer a proper solution beyond making it my problem I was stuck giving my fianc a very late and very damaged Valentines gift

Buyer beware If you get any of the gold jewelry it will not look like the pictures they have all over their website with the black writing they sent me such light writing that you can t even see what is on the bracelet They refuse to give me a refund or make one with writing you can actually see

I place my order 20 days ago and got zero information Like 4 days ago i email them and got no response It s very disrespectful I received orders from other companies that i placed days after this one I want my order if its possible because there is a mean to buy that if its not possible i just want my money back

I made a purchase at the beginning of April and on day 16th it said on it s way Today May 11th after emailing the company a couple times and getting the same it will arrive very soon response I have received a notification from a package I bought two days ago coming from Amsterdam saying it will arrive tomorrow I am disappointed

Ordered bracelet over two weeks ago My package had been in transit on a flight this whole time apparently I have been sent 3 different tracking numbers all of which provide no informations on where my package actually is Also have emailed support several times and get the same automatic message every time Very very disappointed with this company

The necklace is good quality but I m disappointed in customcuff in that they wrote Custom Necklace on the envelope and now my boyfriend found out what I got him for Christmas so I just gave him the necklace today Also apparently there was meant to be a free gift inside on purchases above 35 but there wasn t If you don t mind the envelope revealing what s inside then the necklaces are great honestly But I just got annoyed hence the bad review

Bang average I ordered the matching star necklaces to arrive as a pre-wedding gift for me and my partner We got engaged under the stars so I thought this would be cute as anything The turnaround was going to be a little tight but I was ensured by their website that they would arrive in time If only just I realised after order that my confirmation had two of the same necklaces when I wanted a gold and silver version I hit up their customer service team and they were good about changing this the reason for the 2 stars I told them I was a little worried about time and they told me they d send me a confirmation when it was shipped After a few days I hadn t received a shipping confirmation or anything so I got in touch They said they d sort it Another few days and I had to check up to see if it was shipped They didn t arrive in time Now we have them super cute But the clasps are SUCH a nightmare I not only can t put it on myself but my partner also struggles to put it on for me Seems rubbish quality Overall very disappointed
