I am not sure what yet to think of the product as I have not received it yet I understand being delayed due to Covid- but I got a tracking number for my order on the 15th of feb and it has not moved My order was placed 24th of Jan I am beginning to believe this is not coming I have been continually snubbed over email given the same excuse Shipping takes 6-11 business days expect a 1-2 week delay It has been SO long and I have yet to receive any product I hate to leave a bad review but I am a college student living paycheck to paycheck and spent near 50 on ONE bracelet for my boyfriends birthday Next week is my birthday and I still haven t given HIM a gift yet and his birthday was 31st of January

The delivery took more than a MONTH I have ordered it on November 17th and was supposed to be a christmas present but it has not arrived yet Now it s the 26th of December and I haven t received it yet My orders from CHINA take even less time even if it has been affected due to covid Never going to order from this website ever again

My package arrived so late I thought I got scammed I order it a LONG time before Christmas and their only excuse was that it was Christmas time but as I mentioned I had ordered it quite some time before to ensure it would arrived before Christmas Also I had a really hard time joining anyone to make sure I would either get my package or get reimbursed and I feel like it is bad customer service especially for the price of the jewelry The jewelry itself is okay it looks good but the overall experience was mediocre really

Awful customer service contacted them twice about a very late delivery-which was for a birthday gift-and did not get a response the second time For the price I expected something better

The quality of the bracelet wasn t as expected Feel cheap material It still made into a nice gift but I think cost quality wise is not worth it

The product is amazing but the price is higher than anything else on the market the non stop spam of emails is also incredibly annoying - I ve received around 2 emails a day since ordering despite unselecting the box that I wanted to receive news and offers and the choice of a posting packing company which you need to download a seperate app just to track your product and also annoying A a lot o quality of life issues

When I reached out about my package being returned to sender you said you would get back to me after 5 business days Two weeks went by and you guys still did not reach out to me so I had to email you guys once again stating I just wanted a refund I get that I couldn t get the refund due to the fact that my bracelets are custom made but the fact that you guys couldn t even cover the re-shipping fee is very disappointing

this is my second time ordering from here the first time went good but the second time it took almost a month for the order to get to me I contacted the custom cuff support and they were very helpful I just didn t expect it to take almost a month I still haven t received the order yet and is still waiting during this time I wonder about a refund but I read their policy and they only give refunds under certain circumstances which is understandable i understand it takes a while for them to customize and ship it out but isn t a month a bit too long to wait I planned to surprised my partner with the gift but it had took so long that I eventually just told him

Overpriced for what was received Could have bought better for less in a Turkish market

I made the order Thursday evening and receive the product Wednesday the following week the company is supposedly located in Denmark - and the shipping address was in Denmark as well Product is as shown on the pictures - and thus I have nothing to complain about here It would have been nice with some sort of recipe in the package Still I find it strange that they never reply in PM on Instagram even though they encourage one to write to them there Furthermore they delete every comment on Instagram asking whether people have received their product or not - where many who replied back they never did Many have written bad reviews on your Facebook which I don t understand Customcuff don t reply back to I truly understand people are skeptical - I actually still am Customcuff should take their customer-service more serious instead of just making this a cash cow
