I attended the 3 day blueprint in November 2022 as a complete newbie to property I left the course with a wealth of knowledge which I was able to put straight into action I highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about getting into property development or even if your looking to do a self build the initial investment will save you 0000s It s also a great networking opportunity the room is full of investors construction business owners etc and plenty of JV opportunities
