I arranged to view an apartment on the London Road development in Wymondham The sales team of which Ellie was a member of staff were very knowledgeable approachable and friendly Ellie didn t rush my appointment she talked me through all the options available and explained throughly what was included and the upgrades which also available The apartment was better than I expected and once I ve sold my existing property will definitely be purchasing the apartment if it s still available Thank you for the service

It was really quite straight forward The staff in the reception showroom Linda and Karen were really nice friendly and knowledgeable people The manager too When asked to extend the patio it was no bother Happily changed the colour of the carpets and negotiation on cost was so helpful Information going forward was provided on a memory stick in a presentation box so clever great idea rather than bombarding you with lots of emails and paperwork Very impressed all round So looking forward to moving in Would highly recommend Lovell Homes
