Not had the mattress long I m not sure it is right for me yet I am finding the deadness of feel somewhat strange to date but will persevere a bit longer I m also having trouble with my bottom fitted sheet ruching up during the night I ve tried several different sheets and they all do it Not sure what is causing the issue but I didn t get it with my old mattress

The mattress itself is good don t have a problem with that But I bought the bedframe and mattress bundle where the other items are delivered under Nector and the delivery guy said my order only includes delivery of the dreamcloud mattress and I will have to carry the bedframe and other packages myself In the end he did help me as a favour but honestly I wouldn t be able to do it myself if he wasn t kind enough to help The material of the bedframe is not really the quality they advertised would say it is overpriced I am not completely happy with it but don t want to bother to go through the return process Overall it would be better if the company has better communication with the delivery team and mark their non-mattress products in a more reasonable price

Unfortunately this mattress was extremely uncomfortable It was far to firm I woke in the night unable to even turn over as I was in so much pain I have no problem with the quality of it it just isn t right for me I returned mine for a full refund Please be aware that if there are any marks or stains whatsoever the company will refuse to refund you or collect the mattress This is not made clear when purchasing Fortunately mine was fine but with the best will in the world it s not unlikely there will be some marks on a mattress after a 365 day trial

I ordered and received my mattress and everything seems ok but the entire experience is lacking in customer service The communication has been dismal I received one phone call telling me what day and time to expect the delivery and one telling me the delivery was on its way Neither of these people spoke fluent enough English to be easily understood and I had to ask them to repeat themselves though they made no effort to be understood spoke very quickly giving information and then ringing off immediately not even waiting to see if I had any questions or further comments The delivery was okay but the dark black dye on the box left a stain on my fabric bed frame next to which it was placed The mattress is the right size and seems comfortable I hope it is all it says it is

Ordering the mattress was no problem at all Delivery driver called 30 mins before delivery as expected However I expected the mattress to be delivered upstairs The mattress was pushed through the front door and delivery crew made a swift exit My wife and I were left to struggle up stairs with a vacuum packed double mattress which is extremely heavy

The ordering and deliver process went smoothly and the mattress inflated fully over several days Right from the start you can see that this is a quality matress However it is too firm for us I could live with it but I wouldn t say it is comfortable My wife who is a lighter 11 stones has pressure relief issues and has aches and pains in her shoulder and hip being a side sleeper We are waiting for the 30 days to be up before requesting collection and refund We accept that comfort is subjective but it is too firm for us and firmer than a Simba Hybrid Pro

Had the mattress a few weeks and if totally honest the quality is very good it s just a bit firm for me personally I have been used to a soft mattress for a number of years and I was hoping it would be a little firmer but this I am struggling to get used to As I say quality is not questionable and the delivery experience etc was spot on

The mattress arrived in a battered box with made in Turkey all over it If I had noticed that on their website I wouldn t have taken a chance I would say it is softer also than advertised with quite a bit of roll together Given its origins time will tell how long it lasts Also a bit pricey considering where it was made

Unfortunately we found the mattress very hard They did try to help however by offering a free topper We had tried this already to no avail instead asking to exchange the firm for the medium only to find out after lots of frustrating to-ing and fro-ing that they only make the firm now They eventually offered us a full refund We had a false start with a Simba mattress as well that wasn t for us either Eventually we went for a Silentnight London 2000 Mirapocket Memory Mattress medium It s lovely
