Most uncomfortable bed I ve ever lay on had very little sleep over the short time o had the mattress by the end I ended up sleeping on my sofa as it was more comfortable customer service was good and got a full refund in the end

UNABLE TO RECOMMEND PRODUCT OR COMPANY BEWARE

Bear with me this will take a moment As suffering from chronic pain I was tempted to try this product after reading favourable reviews confident in the fact of a 365 day return and refund deal I bought a single and a double which after a lengthy trial I determined to return having experienced no discernible benefits I was dismayed to learn that photographic evidence was required of the sleep surfaces and fire safety labels This was no easy task as being a fragile and petite pensioner The pics were invited via tech and the clear assumption is that we are all tech savvy and comfortable I am not The process proved lengthy and stressful An appointment was made with British Heart Foundation to collect the mattresses prior to refund The single was duly taken but the double was rejected upon discerned stains this by the youth van driver in attendance He announced that no mattress could be taken with any mark larger than a 50 pence piece and in any case should the mattress be rejected by the local shop it would be left on his van and he would be required to dispose of the mattress I consider this aspect influenced his position A discussion with the BHF shop manager confirmed these things and that it is BHF head office policy She remarked that as a premium product they expect to market same for big money The position is that Dreamcloud has BHF and it s agents make a judgement and if rejected no refund is available Naturally this is a source of regret to them My position is this that there is a JUST discernible small area of discolouration I doubt most people would in the least pick up on it Clearly Dreamcloud and BHF expect mattresses returned in immaculate condition after potentially a year of use This suggests to me that it would be inadvisable to have in one s bed the baby a pet or a cup of tea were there the slightest chance of one desiring a refund at some point Dreamcloud is notified of the fact that I view this sequence of events as utterly unreasonable and if good sense cannot prevail I shall be obliged to pursue a legal resolution My intention is to approach Which consumer and legal and Trading standards with this account and photographic evidence The double mattress was like the single exposed to normal use in a clean household In spite of being a pensioner I removed ornaments and furniture to the end of speedy and safe removal and to accommodate the collections people A message was sent to me by Dreamcloud pointing out that soiling or stains could result in a refusal to take by BHF but no mention was made of the fact that Dreamcloud thence considers the refund void It is worth mentioning that I was offered hefty discounts in an effort to have me retain the mattresses but when BHF rejects one is offered nothing This seems in my opinion a kind of sharp practice and the parties involved should be held to account So in summary my recommendation is to view the refund teaser with healthy scepticism and should you at some point require a refund perhaps you need to be prepared for a battle Several other postings support my opinion BUYER BEWAREFurther to all the foregoingAs undertaken I steam cleaned the mattress and it is now pristine and free of any mark I was recently notified that I had received a full refund and arrangements had been made to have Anyjunk collect the mattress and commit to recycling I objected strenuously with Dreamcloud that this seemed to me not eco or sustainably responsible but downright profligate The decision was explained this way Anyjunk had been instructed to obviate any potential repeat refusal by BHF which might complicate a full refund I suggested a clear case of the tail wagging the dog I shall proceed to contact the agencies I mentioned as having run the entire situation past a number of friendsall expressed astonishment and utter disbelief at these I consider bonkers corporate policies Naturally I have photographic proof of the pristine condition of the mattress which I shall of course use to support my position I believe that I got my full refund through sheer persistence and the very real intention to take legal action Those less confident and similarly placed may just take this treatment and absorb the loss of hundreds of pounds So in summary I have my full refund but a spotless and slightly used mattress is to be scrapped and in these times of climate crisis and real for some people poverty an indictment of Dreamcloud I put it to Dreamcloud that the BHF requirement i e the fifty pence sized soiling limit should be displayed right beside the buy it now button I ventured to suggest that their sales would plummet In a crazy world I consider this is right up there with the best Consumer flim flammery Olympic gold

Absolutely horrific mattress

Absolutely horrific mattress The sleep trial is a complete farce I would rather buy a inflatable mattress then this The return policy is a big fat LIE

Waking I The middle of the night in more pain

I ve only had this mattress a couple of days and I am sleeping in my daughters bed now as it s more comfortable I read all the reviews about sinking in and being really soft This just isn t the case I have ordered another mattress now due to come in a few days but hope I do not have to wait 30 days to return this This is so hard I woke up in more pain than before and seeing I need surgery soon wanted something really comfortable I really regret buying this On a positive it came really quickly when I ordered it and the delivery guys were fantastic I hope customer service will issue a return ASAP as when the new mattress comes this will just lean against a wall so won t be used

Have had our mattress a year now and at around 8 months there is a notice ridge in the middle and my side of the bed is much higher than my husbands Have had one of their guys out after complaining to do tests on it He was a nice guy said he could feel and see the fault but he has to film himself pushing the mattress down and then measuring how deep the dip was He said it was like 5 cm above what dreamcloud deem faulty so advised me to disagree with his findings and then someone would contact us They never have We trialed many mattresses before this one and initially were pleased Now wished we hadn t invested so much on something that s now causing significant back issues but also insomnia I d advise investing in a company who s customer service is good and spend your money with them

Since we purchased our DREAMCLOUD

Since we purchased our DREAMCLOUD LUXURY HYBRID MATTRESS about 5 weeks ago my wife s back pain has worsened to begin with she complained that the bed was too firm for her then I called Dreamcloud and we were sent a bed softener that didn t help either I should point out that my wife is a side sleeper and had lumbar decompression surgery about 3 years ago and we have been using the bed since 2nd March 2022 The idea of using a bed softener is not a good idea because it just defeats the main purpose of having a luxury mattress

Neck pain terrible nights sleep

Awful mattress I m 35 my wife 30 she now has back pain and my neck is constantly in pain now The pillows are rock solid Awful absolutely terrible nights sleep since arriving avoid

If I could give 0 stars I would I am gutted I spent ages trying to get the right mattress and it lasted just enough time to avoid me being able to send back As soon we I got over the return period my mattress has started to sag It s giving me an excruciating back pain to the point that I m having to see a physio therapist who has confirmed it seems to be from this mattress I bought my children Emma mattresses and instantly regretted not investing in them instead I try to find areas of the mattress to sleep on where there is no sag but it s impossible It s genuinely impacting me every day and making me miserable from disturbed sleep and I m not sleeping on the sofa I wish I could get my money back and if I could turn back time I d take my money elsewhere Absolutely gutted

I ordered a mattress together with a bedding duvet bundle I doubt it s the best mattress in the world but I ll never know for sure because I cancelled the order when it became apparent that DreamCloud uses Mickey Mouse delivery agents The mattress delivery agent a local third rate transport company was only able to deliver before 7 30 am The bundle delivery agent DPD sent me a text message that the packages were available for collection from a newsagent 2 miles from my home Sod that So I cancelled the order and purchased a SIMBA HYBRID and Bundle - this was delivered without any unnecessary hassle and I m very happy
