If you are over or around 15 stone in weight avoid and go for a traditional sprung mattress as most in a box mattresses cannot offer this functionality as they are either soft or medium most reviews say the DC is a luxury medium firm I d disagree and say its still soft to medium I get around 7 hours sleep and then I get backache if you sleep less than this you might be ok

Quite disappointed we have to keep

Quite disappointed we have to keep turning mattress round fromtop to bottom frequently wake up with a sore back Neither myself or my husband would have another one definitely wouldn t recommend to anyone although of money for a regular sore back

Good customer service poor product

The customer service was ok although I wanted to send the mattress back after a week and was told I had to wait a month Very poor on the company s part as I knew from the moment I tested the mattress that it was unsuitable for me and my wife It s very springy and bouncy Not good for us I also send the pillows back as they are very hard and over stuffed You need to put a zip in them

No long term comfort

Originally very comfortable but despite regular rotation and not being heavy people it now has two hollows and a ridge up the middle after eighteen months Now you end up sleeping on a slope and adjusting your sleep position all night long Overpriced for lack of durability

Looks and feels quality just not good for my back

I have requested a return and refund after 2 weeks 14 nights trying to sleep A reasonable amount of time to know if this mattress will suit and yet when I requested a return they advised me I have to wait 30 days at least I have another 4 days and will re request

Not sure the bed is giving me a good nights sleep Waking up aching at present Not a great night sleep as I am struggling with lots of aches etc

I have had this mattress for 1 month

I have had this mattress for 1 month now and still finding the mattress a bit on the hard side so am hoping I ll get used to it

The ottoman bed is of shocking quality
