Delivery was awful Dumped at the door fabricated a customer report that planned the route of the delivery and the room of our choice - which wasn t our front door hallway They left it with my wife to dealwith alone until I came home and could help carry it upstairs to funnily enough a BEDROOM I know they outsource this to a third party and I did complain to them separately about the experience but when I did inform Dreamcloud as a FYI - your courier is crappy - they didn t even give me the courtesy of reply This mainly irked me as I had to chase up again regarding my main enquiry which was to ask for a copy of the care instructions Turns out there isn t any Even a cheap mattress in a box I purchased off Amazon for the spare rooms which came for a fraction of the price arrived with paperwork As for the mattress well I m convinced it is second hand preowned refreshed or however else you want to badge it The box was absolutely battered to within an inch of its life it had been blatantly resealed and as mentioned there was not a scrap of paperwork in the box I ve had the mattress about 6 weeks now and I haven t been impressed at all There is ZERO edge support if you roll anywhere near the edges it collapses and you feel like you will fall out If you sit next to your partner in bed you can feel each other sinking into the middle It s really pretty poor for the money they charge I don t think I ll bother changing it for another dreamcloud as to be honest I can t be bothered dealing with them again But I definitely won t buy another from them and I would never recommend them

Based on the reviews I ordered 2 dreamcloud luxury Hybrid mattress s over a year ago We didn t find that the mattress improved our sleep nor our aching backs but it was OK not bad enough to return However we did get the dips where we each sleep and the corners of one mattress sunk Dreamcloud honored their policy and switched mattress Wish I had got the refund as they have dipped in the middle again after 4 months We went with Dreamcloud over other brands as they were suppose to be better for heavier people My husband is 16 stone and I m 11 so not light weights but not HEAVY Would love to change them again but out of warranty now and can t trash a 6 month old mattress so we re stuck with it for a few year yet Would love to find a mattress that doesn t dip in the middle and eases back ache but suspect you need to spend A LOT more money

We are into our second month now so giving the mattress time but both me and my wife are waking up at night sweating as it s too hot which is a shame as the mattress is comfortable

The company should state a weight limit for this mattress It sunk in significantly after a year and has been giving me a lot of back pain that I never had before My sleep is the worst it has ever been It s fine on my wife s side I would say if you weigh more than 14 stone then avoid this mattress I think this is a running theme with many of the mail order hybrids

I m not getting on well with this mattress and may have to return it I am waking with back pain and have been rendered unable to do exercises that much older women in my yoga class can do

Loved mattress when it first arrived but unfortunately it was taking my body some time to get used to it I m still not used to it and I ve had it since September I forfeited my right to return it as I took money off the mattress It seemed this would be the easier option then try to sell it which it didn t sell I now suffer with back pain most mornings which I have never had before The two sides which me and my partner sleep has also dipped down quite abit and we aren t heavy Wish I d stuck to my guns and returned the mattress as not even a year in I need a new one

The mattress arrived on time in a box and was delivered to our bedroom However the mattress is firm and certainly not a dream cloud experience I was very disappointed as it does not provide a restful nights sleep I have tried it for a couple of months to give it a chance but it is still too firm so unfortunately I will have to return the item

Delivery perfect but unfortunately downhill since Called on day 3 4 to explain the bed hadn t fully inflated and didn t seem good to be told that nothing can be done until after day 30 Spoken since to be told that it is a 1 year trial so see how you get on despite paying for the mattress Not great so far Customer service a little to be desired and a mattress for 500 that is poor

Mattress is much harder than I expected The pillow top has almost no pillow so is not much point And the main covering is a bit misshapen so doesn t fit squarely on edges even when mattress fully relaxed out And doesn t look as luxe as as photos Just ordered a luxe 300 wool topper so will see if that improves my sleep and experience Want to give it a chance as husband prefers a firm mattress so hopefully topper will work Otherwise it is going back

Went through 3 mattresses First two never opened fully 3rd was just not comfortable Felt like I was laying in a hole Customer service was meh but they came and took the mattress and did refund me the full amount I went with the Nectar much better quality
