False Return Promise

Worst customer service - the 365 day trial is a false promise Don t believe their promise that you can return - it is a very complicated and frustrating process - they will first over you a mattress enhancer which already indicates they know the mattress is not good why offer an enhancer Then they will try an get you to accept 40 discount and then 60 discount - eventually when you have refused all they will want pictures of the mattress and fire label yet their terms and conditions clearly state After sleeping on it 97 of customers keep their Dreamcloud But if you re one of the few that it s not right for returning it is dead easy There will be no small print you wished you had read There will be no hoops to jump through It s as easy as this Well the process is not dead easy and you have to jump through hoops

Avoid Avoid Avoid This company will give you all the info you want about their products and how good they are BUT When it comes to your DELIVERY - you re on your own They Farm out delivery to the cheapest don t care contractors They deliver on a trolley and their Mantra is CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT - we only deliver I was left with a huge box to manhandle alone into a bedroom Super-King Mattress and it was Vacumn packed so tight I had to rip apart the box Then was confronted with a very heavy item unfolding out of control I then struggled to manoeuvre it into place - NO ASSISTANCE OFFERED If this isn t enough - additional items are arriving 4 hours later so not only do they do things cheap they value my time at next to nothing too I ve sat around waiting all day Go ELSEWHERE FOR QUALITY SERVICE - YOU WILL NOT FIND IT AT DREAMCLOUDS

No indication of stock times on the website On the website you can select the mattresses and they state Free Delivery within 5 days but couldn t select any dates in the current month for delivery so left that blank Made an order on the weekend On the Monday received an email from customer service apologising for a website problem about the delivery and that they would deliver on the Thursday On the Tues received an email from customer support telling me that I had the option of cancelling or waiting for a month for delivery After phoning them it turns out they had no stock in the size of mattress I ordered and they were being manufactured I ve opted to wait as I d bought in a sale Hopefyully the mattress will be good but the experience so far has been very disappointing

Very disappointed

We are finding the Luxury Hybrid mattress extremely hard and very uncomfortable I m constantly waking up during the night and every part of my body hurts I have Osteoarthritis and lower back and hip problems and at the moment it is making the pain worse After reading other reviews I was hoping this mattress would be good for me but unfortunately sorry it s not

Avoid Awful customer service

Avoid it s been a week now I emailed them instructing them to collect mattress under their 365 night trial They have done there best to ignore my emails or come back once with offer of a topper which I said no I want to return they have continued to ignore my emails So I will need w have to take legal action

So far very poor service

So far very poor - delivery of order through 2 different companies collection of old matters through a 3rd New delivery failed and only notified after the end of the delivery window Tried emailing Dreamcloud by reply to order email as it says to do asking for a call to discuss got generic reply telling me I d get a tracking link and 3 hour delivery window by email prior to delivery - clearly they don t bother reading emails Massively poor service e when I ve just spend almost 1000 with them Might cancel the whole damn thing and go to Dreams at this rate

I am not impressed with the bed or

I am not impressed with the bed or after sales service I ordered a firm mattress and don t believe that it is a firm mattress I have queried this several times a standard response that I received is to wait and allow my body to adjust to the bed I don t get confirmation on weather or not I actually received a firm mattress as it is not marked on the mattress itself I have had the mattress for four months and I do not sleep well on it and I do not believe that Dream cloud will actually address the issue I do not recommend purchasing their products

The sent me a defective mattress in

The sent me a defective mattress in September 2022 They sent a replacement in April 2023 This one too is faulty however when I complained about it today December 2023 I was told it was beyond the trial period Apparently the trial period did not start over with the new mattress but continued from the first one So I got 7 months to try it out instead of one year They will do nothing to make this right and I am stuck with a mattress that bottoms out and leaves mne with numb hips and in pain every night

Mattress never shipped it s been over 30 days Finally admitted that it was going to be multiple weeks before it would even ship The back house isn t in order here
