Please be aware anyone purchasing from this company I purchased a parasol on the 20th June it arrived around a week later when it was opened I noticed it was lop sided when standing in the base when I looked more closely I noticed on one place the fabric was splitting and the spikes were bent which was why the fabric was showing signs of splitting I sent this back at my cost as basically this is a cheap poor quality parasol for 150 so not a cheap price I could have returned this as it is within the returns period but sent it back as faulty Ella James now trying to say I caused this fault as it has fallen over although no signs on the parasol of it falling over I sent them an email on the 23rd July it is now 4th Aug and they have not answered nor have they refunded me for the parasol they now have the money and the parasol plus I have paid the carriage costs to return And no word from them - I cannot recommend this company their products appear cheap and not value for money

This is an Asian based supplier that uses the names Ella James It is not UK based Can t find Ella James sold through FB anywhere but DO NOT ENGAGE OR BUY from this FB fake company terrible craftsmanship of woman s blouse and you will never get a full refund They suggested I regift it

This clothing company is a total scam I purchased 2 items from Ella and James Both are very poor quality I ve been trying to make a return and it s been a nightmare Worst customer service I m even willing to pay the 25 return fee and they have been fighting me to just keep it and offering me a lower percentage than it would be to return even with the return fee I m now having to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charges Don t waste your time or money on this scammer fast fashion company from New York

I would not ever purchase from them Ordered a large jacket it came so small no one could wear it It was 60 they kindly refunded 6 00 Do not buy from this company

I m going to review this again because the company asked to pull it down This scam clothing company lied on their website offering a full refund for any reason US site says New York but all email replies have been from a UK company DO NOT BUY Stay away This company has sucked a week of my life away trying to fight the return and now having to dispute the charge on my credit company Do better

I would give this 0 stars if I could The products are cheap the customer service terrible and the return policy a complete sham There is nothing redemptive nor worth buying from this company

I have now been waiting 10 days for my delivery a gift ordered for my new nephew I have called numerous times to speak to someone but only ever get the answerphone and so far no one has got back to me despite leaving 2 messages Very disappointed

I ordered a pull-along wagon for my son s birthday I placed the order a week before his birthday paying for next-day delivery to ensure it arrived in time When it didn t arrive the next day nor the next I emailed Ella James to find out what was happening They admitted an error in their system processing the order refunded my delivery charge and arranged for it to be dispatched the next working day Monday again next day delivery so I should receive it by Tuesday By 5pm on Tuesday I still had not received Quite frantic now as his birthday was Wednesday I called Ella James to find out what was happening Ashley called me back just before 8pm to let me know it had only been picked up for dispatch that day and I would receive it next day It did then arrive next day relatively early in the morning but a real shame that it wasn t there for him to open with the rest of his presents and we didn t have time to wrap it On the positive it s a lovely product was great value in their sale and they did refund the delivery charge and were generally polite although not overly apologetic considering However as a small business owner myself when the first problem occurred I would have done everything in my control to ensure the product went out as promised on the Monday to ensure it arrived in time for the birthday which I had explained to them For the mistake to happen twice is unforgiveable Next day delivery should mean next day - not a week later As a result of this experience I d be unlikely to shop with Ella James again nor can I recommend them
