Prompt and well packaged delivery but sale items shop soiled

The items ordered were sale items They arrived very promptly and well packaged However I was disappointed that the items were obviously shop soiled I was not expecting to have to wash off a significant layer of dust from one item cotton lace basket and that the scarf holders one of them had obviously had a portion of it discoloured by sunlight If I was buying them in a shop I wouldn t have selected them in that condition A shame as this was my first purchase from this company

Massive overkill on packaging Filled an entire wheelie bin - we only ordered a wicker chair Product good though but very negative impact on environment

Quick delivery Item was a child s rucksack However it was smaller than described Meant for small child for school but more like a small toddler size Even measurements weren t exact

The ordering and delivery process was great but I can t lie I was disappointed when I opened the packaging and saw the garland It didn t look anywhere near as full as I does on the website I decided to give a try above the fireplace and even though I opened up the foliage it still didn t look quite right However I have mixed in with another garland and this has achieved the effect I was hoping for

Simple yet nice design

I have quite a range from this designer I love the ceramic finish and the simplicity of the design it suits all decor needs The only issue I have is the high price point I m not entirely sure that the quality warrants the price

The light ordered is lovely but far too expensive for what it is It s a plastic material and I would not think looking at it it cost that much Slightly disappointing but at least it s cute

Mfirst time shopping with Ella James

As my first time shopping with Ella James I m sad to say it s not been the best experience so far The wallpaper was out of stock initially so I asked when new stock would come in and I was told a few weeks Then I looked on the website again a few days later and it was showing as in stock So I ordered and paid for my x3 rolls Then I got a phone call to say there was only x1 roll available I m still waiting for my delivery now

Product is really beautiful and came with extra spares - pleasant surprise Delivery was quick The only challenge I have now is how to wrap this present for Christmas as it came packaged in styrofoam But this is minor issue - product is excellent
