The Emma mattress is great but delivery terrible

The Emma mattress is very supportive and comfortable can t wait to go to bed every night Only curiosity is that the top half is wider than the bottom half which makes it all look wrong in a trapezium way Not sure if anyone else has noticed this or if it is normal or a fault This hasn t settled since out of the packaging

When first ordered

When first ordered gave a ridiculous dispatch time frame of 3-4 weeks their excuse being logistics issues After I contacted their support the mattress was delivered in 1 week While it was too firm for me the customer support were very helpful and return process was painless

Delivered in good time

Delivered in good time However no instructions information do dont No details on who to contact if anything wrong with product No details of the recommend sleep time trial and who to contact

Good experience

The mattress arrived when they said it would I was even able to change the date to suit me Compact package Opened it up in the morning Mattress sprung into shape from rolled Made the bed at tea time and slept on it that night New mattress smell isn t so noticeable after a few days

Mattress Preference

You need to make the mattress a bid harder or produce harder ones for those who prefer their mattress to be strong a bit as it helps the bones stretching and relaxation

Call me lucky

Ordered my Emma mattress it was dispatched and delivered within 7 days as they stated I have to admit I did not expect it to go smoothly as some of the reviews I read were not good Can t give it 5 stars as not slept on mattress for that long It is comfy though so hopefully it will be after 200 nights

Mattressis ok it s a lot firmer than I thought it would be Wife doesn t really like it but going to try an get a mattress topper to soften it

New mattress purchase

Ordering was straightforward There was a big delay before we finally received our mattress The communication process could be better as we back and forthed trying to ascertain where the mattress was and when our delivery would take place Once it arrived the delivery team were good and professional and we finally started to sleep on our new mattress Which is very good indeed Alls well that ends well
