The order arrived on time the delivery men were very helpful and put the mattress upstairs It fits the base my husband made perfectly and is very comfortable to lie on As its in the spare room haven t tried it out properly yet but people are coming to stay this weekend and will try it out for us

We originally bought our Emma mattress 3yrs ago and was very happy with our purchase about two months ago my wife had taken the cover off to clean it generally we only do it a couple of times a year as it is always covered with a mattress protector as well but when we put the cover back on the zip came away so we contacted the Emma customer service to explain what had happened unfortunately as with most other companies now you cannot speak to anyone so have to email which in it s self is a two day turnaround for a reply and the bot is a complete waste of time to try and explain our situation to After 2 weeks of explaining our situation to many customer representatives we managed to speak to someone who agreed that we could have a replacement again not a quick thing to happen approx 3weeks later our replacement was despatched and to our complete surprise a new mattress turned up 3days later this was amazing but we only wanted a replacement cover so this must have cost Emma far too much money not that I should be complaining it took a long time to get a resolution but they came through and sorted it

I purchased a double mattress after sleeping in my granddaughter s bed one night with her new Emma mattress it was one of the best night s sleep I ve had in a long time anyway to cut a long story short I was converted purchased my own Thank you xxx

I suffer with neck problems I have tried dozens of pillows and all have been too hard too low or too high The Emma pillow is lovely and soft and height adjustable I was able to remove different sections from inside the pillow until I got the height just right for me

I ordered an Emma mattress topper delivery was really fast unfortunately upon opening there was a tear in the material Contacted Emma and they sent me a replacement straight away Amazing product and customer service was very fast Would highly recommend
