I would avoid this company at all

I would avoid this company at all costs After using the tag for nearly five years it refused to open at one rural motorway gate and gave me a ticket to let me on At the next junction it let me off OK Although I had ALL THE DETAILS INCLUDING TIMES they couldn t be bothered to check out my details and insisted on charging me the full price as if I had a lost ticket

Rude customer service

We are moving abroad and do not any longer have UK bank I phoned a customer service representative who works from home to ask for an alternative payment to pay my last bill before closing the account I offered debit card bank transfer But all was refused as I was told that I had signed to pay only via direct debit How crazy No need for a representative like that I asked what would happen if i did not pay Yes debt collection and yes I could pay the debt collector in any way I wanted Absolutely rubbish service

Clips no-show

I oirdered new clips for my tag and was told they were despatched on 23rd July but it s now 3rd of September and they still haven t arrived

So far I ve only received the tag installed it and activated it Why they don t warn you that you need the serial number to activate it is beyond me as it needed a trip back to the motorhome to get this Please let the actual tag be better than the admin

Was expecting better

I was expecting great service from this company Alarm bells started ringing when the website was playing up After a phone call to customer service did not help a search on google found I was not the only one and found a solution I paid extra 10 euros for next day delivery and after activating my account waited the next day but no sign Two days later I phoned to speak to somebody who told me that there system had not updated till 8pm the following day and that the tag had not even been sent out but would be sent out that day to get to me the following day Of course when I stated that I paid 10 euros for an extra I never got I was told that they would still want that payment Why do some companies never say sorry when they make mistakes and still think customers will be happy In answer to your reply Ordered Tuesday after noon confirmed Tuesday afternoon Should have been sent latest Wednesday morning but was not was told it was sent Thursday which means it wont arrive till Friday Like I said companies should admit errors and not con people out of 10 euros for next day delivery

Rubbish customer service

My original French unit was returned due to battery age They replaced it with a Spanish version without my knowledge guess what happened in France when I got to my first toll Nothing Customer service is hopeless and there is no fix you have to return it and request a new one as they are not universal How clever is that in 2023 Now returned and won t buy again after 7 years as a customer it just as easy to tap your card Thanks for nothing Emovis including maintaining my account through no use COVID

Returned 2 tags as not being used recently Posted back to them via Post Office so weighed and paid correctly with proof of postage As others have found they claim not received so no deposit returned Good product but useless customer service - would not recommend or use them again

Appalling customer service No one answering phones on invoice or customer service Really frustrating that customers are so unimportant that they just cut you off rather than putting you in a queue to be answered

I cancelled my order for an EMOVIS TAG

I cancelled my order for an EMOVIS TAG within a minute of placing my order unfortunately my request went ignored and the tag was posted to me anyway and the price taken from my bank account I cancelled this transaction as soon as I discovered that it was not a one month one off payment but a monthly direct debit payment I travel to Spain and back once a year for a 3 week holiday I don t need to pay by direct debit each month The tag company do not ask how long you would like the tag for 1 month 3 months 6 months a year They just assume that you travel to and from regularly and set up an open ended direct debit Be very wary of this company
