Stupid system of returning the tag

Stupid system of returning the tag because the battery is faulty But instead of issuing a replacement they want you to order another Update 28 MayNow sorted after a phone call from Emovis Credited for the postage to return the faulty tag and no postage on the new one together with a new windscreen bracket

Disappointed with the tag

Having used our Emovis tag on a number of occasions in France we checked the status of the tag before leaving on holiday the tag and battery status both showed ok After using the tag twice in France it went wrong and couldn t be used for the rest of the journey I contacted Emovis all they said is the tag and battery status are just indications and the tag is 4 years old so presumably has gone wrong Surely it is then pointless to have any type of status The tag doesn t work and the staus still says everything is fine Not impressed if you have a status it should at least be accurate thus i could have changed it before leaving England

The request for the tag was easy to do I asked the chat bot for advice on the tag was given the advice to go to the correct site From there very easy to fill in the request and that was it submit the request and within 2 hours email advice that the tag had been processed and dispatched to me

I give this company 4 The reason is I am still waiting for my clips to be delivered I returned the clips with a note explaining that the did not fit my Tag Excellent response informing me that the Tag I have no clips are available and should exchange my Tag to a Black one This I did and again excellent responses My new Tag arrived next day with the matching clip Great But I need a clip for my wife s car 4 23 has not been credited to my account for thr original clips which I returned I was expecting them with my new Tag I mush emphasis the customer relations was excellent

While I found the process relatively

While I found the process relatively easy it was delayed as my address could not be verified despite the post code and drop down box show my address It is a minor thing that delayed things a day A small issue or bug Happy with the service overall

Italian anomaly

I always received excellent service from this company but reluctantly had to return my tag which they acknowledged immediately as they don t cover Italy where we are holidaying this summer I have had to replace the tag through Bip and Go who cover France Portugal Spain and Italy but are less easy to deal with as their office is in France plus of course the hassle of changing companies I don t really understand this anomaly as they both use the same technology

Great call handling staff

Staff both incredibly helpful despite the constrictions of the Emovis company throttling of simple tasks 5 stars to the staff 2 stars to the company because of the inflexibility of their systems

I have had both Tags for a few years

I have had both Tags for a few years now and service has always been great Someone needs to simplify their website so sending a Tag back and obtaining a refund is confusing to say the least I had to call them and the lady explained what to do

service needs streamlining

I have had great service for all the years I have been with Emovis and their forerunners However I am not sure that they are now the cheapest company which allows UK membership The process of ordering a new tag when the battery is time expired and returning the old is annoying and needs to be streamlined

Renewing tags

I have used French and Portugal tags and they make motorway travel so much easier It is not absolutely clear with the online system what actions you have asked for I amazingly asked for three new tags for my one car by mistake - AND they all arrived the web-site desperately needs a summary status history page so you can check you ve made the right choices I DID phone and lthe lady I spoke to made everything easy
