Really like having the tag but it s telling my my battery has expired and on the website I m expected to pay for a replacement tag because of this Such a waste of resources and postage when they could have had a slide-in CR2032 battery that you could replace yourself

The tag itself works fine although if you want to travel in Spain and Portugal you need another tag so that s the cost of 2 tags and still it doesn t cover Italy However that s not the worst of it Emovis charge you in s and their exchange rate is atrocious You can t pay in euros making this tag way more expensive than normal tolls or any of the other tag providers

The tag failed after 1 journey through France For that 1 journey it was excellent hence 2 stars rather than 1 Customer service was poor the only thing I got in response was them questioning where I had positioned the tag on windscreen When I returned the tag they admitted it had failed but did not offer either an apology or refund I believe the failure rate is low but I wish I hadn t bothered

Used on a motorcycle trip Worked about 60 of the time Had to reverse out of some toll booths tailgate trucks through and read all the numbers to an assistant over crappy intercom Bit of a nightmare at times as the French drivers love tailgating and leave no room for you to manoeuvre when things don t work

Getting the Tag was easy and quick Using the Tag absolutely fabulous However as this was a one off trip with family we won t be driving in France again we are now nearly 80 we returned the Tag as requested for our refund We have proof of postage but the Tag was not delivered so they say A first time ever for us So we did not get our refund but we did get a very quick response when I cancelled the direct debit Not impressed with the after care service

The tag works well in a car but is really unreliable on a motorbike Sometimes it lets you into the motorway but then fails to function properly when exiting necessitating a time delay and call to the helpline All whilst patient travellers are backing up behind you Also there have been problems with toll adjustments when the toll classes the motorbike as a car then declines a toll adjustment even though the previous tolls and following tolls were on a motorbike All this is enhanced by very average customer service in the UK

This tag is great if you are travelling through France Simply pull up wait for the beep and carryon enjoying your journey Just remember that it is more expensive then paying each toll The problem is the customer service or lack of I payed extra for guaranteed next day delivery but it was not sent next day I contacted customer service and was given loads of excuses trying to blame me saying that there system had not registered the tag even though I had verified it 24 hours before They still took payment for next day When will companies learn that computers are not perfect and a simple apology goes a long way instead of trying to shift the blame to the customer Reply to Emovis Tag I stated paying extra for each toll because you charge a fee If you paid each toll at the toll booth the journey would be cheaper I did not say that the charge was more My toll cost on my journey was 41 40 euros however by the time i paid 12 euros for an annual fee which i understand an application fee of 12 euros which I understand the cost of the tag 20 euros which I agree a monthly fee why you have a monthly fee and an annual fee I dont know but i knew this before and the 12 euros for the guaranteed next day delivery that takes 3 days my total cost is over double at 108 34 euros If people understand that the convenience cost more then its a good service Shame the customer service is bad With regard to the rest of your answer you have just proved my point As I stated in my review I clicked the link It was your system that did not register it but again instead of admitting this you decided to put it down to me the customer No offer of refunding the money for the trouble or even an appology just excuses As my title states Company cant accept its mistakes

I VE PAID FOR THE TAG TWO WEEKS AGO BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY THE CLIPS BUT NOT THE TAG ITSELF TRAVELLING IN SIX DAYS TIME Now resolved They said I hadn t ordered the tag only the clips

Also mixed feelings I ordered a new TAG for France and two extra clips I received the TAG ok and clips but the clips were for a Spanish TAG which were not compatible Evidently it was my fault for ordering the wrong ones really

This is usually a great firm but it s a shame they don t listen to customer requests Ordered a new screen attachment and could I get them to send it to any address other than the account one No
