You really can not fault this service it s very very good Most of us hate queues The Emovis Tag just works Had a problem with one and customer service was fantastic Says it all Awesome Date of experience is made up as i have only just ordered a new tag But have used them for years and years Had about 6 now Superb product

Received my first ever Emovis Tag in the post today less than 24hrs after ordering one Great service All the information on the website and with the provided tag is clear to understand so setup was a breeze I m looking forward to using it and hope it helps make our first trip to France stress free

The service from ordering to return was faultless The Tag itself operated perfectly It has been returned only because we do not do road trips to France anymore

Wilgars the firm to use

We have used the tag from 2013 to 2019 we went to France 3 times a year and the Tag a lot of time on French motorways We stopped going at the start of Covid but apart from short trips are unlikely to need a tag in future Everything about the tag is superb time saved no need for Cash at the toll and the efficiency of E-Movis

I reGood serviceturned my tag as we shall not be

I returned my tag as we shall not be going to France again by car for personal reasons I have to say that we used the tags fof several years pre Covid and it was a joy to avoid the queues at the toll stations I returned the tags packed according to the instructions and almost immediately on their receipt I received a message saying they d been received and a refund of the balance of my subscription would be credited on the nrxt billing occasion I loom forward to receiving it

Always been impressed by the service

Always been impressed by the service offered by Emovis but they outdid themselves this week New tag requested yesterday as replacement for existing tag with expiring battery Old tag sent back at the same time Acknowledgement by email that the old tag had arrived this morning and when the postie finally arrived this afternoon so did the new tag
