Special next day delivery not met

I ordered the tag by special delivery which costs extra which is guaranteed for the next day by 1pm by Royal Mail I have received nothing so far and I have wasted a whole day waiting This is a con EPILOGUE- in mitigation Emovis did proactively get to the bottom of the problem - which appeared to be the Royal Mail A new tag was sent by special delivery and this together with the one that went awol turned up just before trip It was all a bit stressful but hopefully i will soon get a deposit refund for the spare one I returned

I got to the end of registering for a e-pass on line and the site would not recognise my address and demanded proof in the form of a passport copy etc I could not resolve via the call desk who said that their system did not recognise my postal coded She would not accept that this was nonsense so I shall go to another company I would suggest that others do not use e-movis if they want to save themselves this type of gratuitous frustration

Fine when it works

Problem reading the tag and therefore got charged full amount of the section Dreadful help from Customer Services and returned the tag and cancelled contract Would rather sit in a queue and pay than use these people again

Technical issues my account details changes still not sorted

Technical issues I could not get any help to change my name and address so I could order a new tag since my marriage and change of address No help except informed to do on website This I tried many times to no avail Told by person to check the link they were sending me which I did manage to change password but nothing else no facility to change name etc Poor show after several texts for help too

Tags work to open barriers but can only assume those posting positive reviews don t know or haven t checked the correct toll charges were applied I completed a number of return car journeys in France Portugal and Spain this summer and at various points was charged as a car a van and most recently a three axle truck Don t bother trying to reclaim via their site for incorrect class being charged as I did more than once Each time you ll get a standard computer says no reply so using Emovis UK for convenience frankly expecting to overcome these sort of issues is pointless and their extra charges not worth it Returning tags to them now and will buy direct replacements from suppliers in France and Spain so will avoid Emovis additional add-on charges I can t believe the service will be much different

It would be wise to look around and compare options before using this service

Following using the service for a number of years I had the following customer experience recently I had returned from a trip in early 2024 and sadly suffered from a significant financial loss for professional reasons I had contacted the customer support team and notified them in advance of a pending Direct debit and made them aware that I would be struggling to pay but would rectify as soon as possible this was handled well and they instructed me on what to do next So the direct debit failed as expected and it took a few weeks to get the bill paid in full This was embarrassing to say the least but I did make payment and following the previous conversation at least all parties were informed and we knew the score So i ve contacted them today to find out that my account has been closed deactivated which is understandable but consequently I am now banned from ever using their service again From a director s point of view should the management directorship structure be checking trustpilot reviews it feels this is a missed opportunity to accept apology and move on with encouraging present and future business and honour loyalty from willing and communicative customers I will return the tag to them asap and look for alternate options for using toll roads whilst in Europe I would suggest that other potential customers having read a series of recent reviews in 2024 would be exploring other options too as the cost level of customer experience and flexibility is all in question for Emovis Tag In conclusion read other reviews and you may notice a theme occuring The future of customer service with current economic climates and everything considered is important to the customers of today and the future

Poor customer service

They cancelled my tag claiming I stopped my DD which I never did Obviously an error on their part but they refused to rectify it and forced me to pay to return the tag before they issue a new one Meanwhile I travelled to France and was not able to use the Tag Customer service with not much service I did not receive any email notification from you as claimed

Direct Debit Returned and Account Disabled Deleted

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from Emovis Operations Mersey UK Ltd A Direct Debit payment was returned due to my personal account being hacked and despite this no one reached out to me by phone to discuss what was happening What makes the situation even worse is that my account was not only disabled but also deleted I find this lack of communication and professionalism completely unacceptable When issues like this arise it is essential for companies to engage with their customers especially when it involves something as important as payments and access to services I requested to speak with a manager to raise my concerns about the way I was treated but her response was dismissive and uninterested She made it clear that Emovis rules were outlined in the T Cs which was shocking to me The reason for this poor service is that Emovis is the only company in the UK offering this service which seems to give them a sense of entitlement to treat customers this way without fear of competition Companies like this should be banned from trading Overall my experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating I would not recommend Emovis Operations Mersey UK Ltd based on this lack of customer care and support Good luck to them
