Unserious and don t follow the rules for a delay of payment
Very bad communication Emails are Not taken into consideration No way to reach them on the phone When you are late with your payment a few days they instantly react with Inkasso All this without respecting to send you reminders I had to pay 30 for Inkasso for a delay of 10 days Would not recommend this company at all

Poor customer service
Poor customer service Price increased for the Gas contract by 120 and without information a new contract for a period of 12 months was created There was no communication from ePrimo for price increase via Post or via Email Contract was terminated in the first month as the price increase was much higher to the competitors Complaint created - no effect

Very sketchy company
Very sketchy company Conbtract is signed you make payments by the end when you login in your account You can not see what payments and how many payments they accepted At the end I receive an email that I have debt but all bills were payed And they can not provide any reasonable support Very bad communication

Absolute scam
Agree to all what is written i would give zero starts if possible 1 company does not answer emails phones the email they provide here in the comments is not working as well So the worst client support 2 they keep charging me same amount as in Oct Nov 2022 energy cap is simply ignored and it is not possible to somehow adjust on there website They also say here in comments that questions regarding the rates could be directed to frag-E-Mail and promise to reply in 3 days - just a bad joke queries are never addressed Stay away of this company as there service is a scam

The worst company ever
The worst company ever I genuinely hope that you guys go bankrupt We have been dealing with issues from them for months Customer Service is beyond awful and full of seemingly incompetent people the contractors don t do their job properly and charge you the wrong tariff they take too long to review ongoing cases and so on We have been told to pay for heating a certain amount written on the contract only to be met with a 5k invoice months after because apparently we have been paying too low After that we have been getting 2k to 5k invoices every month followed by useless customer service calls letters of complaint and so on Not only you are awfully expensive but you have the worst management ever We are tired of paying you unnecessary and ridiculous amounts of money just because you can t do your job properly NEVER sign a contract with this company

NO RESPONSE TO EMA LS
I sent emails to the email address they wrote in previous review but no answer The company is terrible and they are making fun of the customer The worst decision in my life I pay 39 montly and these month I received a Mahnung Email and asked to pay 52 God knows why Terrible company I damn the day I started my subsrictipn with this horrendous company they are not even capable of responding to emails automatically worst in germany

Please don t sign contract with eprimo at all Very bad customer service and cheating mentality No reply to emails calls and official complaints In my case I was charged wrongly 50 Eur and I never received the money back and neither any written answer

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever I don t know what happened to this company it used to be better Who is leading the company And who is responsible for the customer service quality I used to be happy with their service but not anymore I opened several tickets for weeks using e-mail messages but we did not receive any answer just standard messages asking to be patient No surprise watching so many negative reviews about ePrimo We are seriously considering switching to another company

If it was possible I would put zero
If it was possible I would put zero stars to this horrible company I have entered the contact in october 2022 when prices were the highest mainly because they present themselves as green energy providers It turned out that they were charging me same price for electricity despite the price break which I have accidentally noticed I will file a complain for sure as the company is a scam and should be closed down not to rip off customers

I changed to eprimo from Lichtblick In only a couple of months my invoice almost doubled I know that the price of energy is higher now But looking at my consumption and calculator on various website i should be paying much less And Eprimo does not let you adjust the monthly payment online as freely as they pretend they do I left messages asking why are my payments so high but i never got an answer I cancelled my contract and just hope i will get some money back
