Paris Trip

After reading the ESky reviews I had a few sleepless nights However our experience was great We had all the information necessary e mailed to us both the flights and hotel were exactly as we had booked Thank you for a lovely holiday in Paris

Easy to deal with good website

We were abandoned at Alicante Airport Easyjet cancelled our flight at midnight and there was nobody to help us I couldn t find another flight home We booked a flight with this company and although it had to be 2 days later due to full flights they kept us informed and made a very miserable experience a little easier Thankyou

Streamlining

Initially we were concerned about booking with eSky as one review claimed it to be a scam company But we were attracted by the considerably lower ticket price Initially we did find it difficult to speak to the company by phone in order to receive reassurance but the phone line was vey bad I then sent an Email and the reply was in Polish However we did have all our questions answered and our initial fears were groundless as eSky kept us informed on both outbound and inbound journeys Now that we understand their system we will definitely use them again and we have no hesitation in recommending eSky
