Why is my flight still pending when I paid yesterday

I booked my return flight using esky by mistake which was my fault but I m very confused as it says booking successful but pending I don t understand why it s taking so long I can see the money is coming out of my account but how do I know if my seats are secure or won t be sold by the time it takes to confirm the booking

No return boarding pass provided

Booking was simple and outward flight went without a hitch Unfortunately was not sent the boarding pass for return and when I tried to contact esky I had to fill in a form and they emailed me denying all knowledge of my booking and implied that I had booked elsewhere Managed to use the reference to download the boarding pass myself last minute but it was a load of hassle and wished i d never bothered using an intermediary Next time will book direct it s more stressful having to wait for passes that don t show up

Got caught with this booking the added fees were not revealed until I made the payment misleading - recommend you book direct and do not use this company not worth their mark up fees

I have booked a flight for my husbands

Panicking now Booked through e sky All seemed okay Tried to add another piece of luggage received an e mail and I paid the extra charge I have now had an e mail asking for all the flight and extra luggage despite it already being paid They said they havent sent it and we are booked yet I have an e mail insisting on payment today I am due to go on holiday in 13 days and dont know if I am even booked on the flight or whether they will cancel it

Company doing very well

I have booked a flight for my husbands 70th birthday and can t find my email but have proof of transaction Can you give me a number to contact you on as the negative reviews I see sau it s hard to get in touch with your Company I have marked you as a 3 star but hopefully this will be a 5 star if it gets resolved

Not bad in the end

Like many people I accidentally booked with esky instead of directly with Ryanair because of how the Google results are ordered There were many bad reviews so I was apprehensive at first But all turned out fine Good prompt communication boarding cards arrived on time the app is useful I had no problems with delayed cancelled flights or anything so I can t comment on how that would have gone but I found the company quite good overall

Super stressed But all resolved on time Please keep clients informed it was not ok to not ve able to check-in and then see I had no access

Mysteriously working customer service

I traveled with Sky Express but the trip was booked with e-Sky Although I had paid for luggage on my way back home Sky Express put me pay for luggage as they said that no luggage was paid When I came back home I came in contact with e-Sky and sent them the receipts and they assured me that my issue was going to be answered soon A month has passed and got no answer Finally e-Sky sent me my money back

Checking in on line

It was easy to book the flights on line but think you should be able to check in more than 48 hours before as it s left it difficult to print the paperwork off as the 48 hours lands on a Saturday and not easy to get printed off
