Booking online was easy but I put the wrong outbound date and corrected it 5 minutes after completing Was charged 58 This is a lot of money to charge for a simple one day to another switch Stating that the airlines set the rules is a pretty feeble response

5 Star Customer Service Phone Team the Best Thing about ESky

After my flight home from Funchal was cancelled I managed to book one through ESky the next day for which Easyjet said they d refund me When the refund hadn t appeared I chased Easyjeymt and found that they d sent my refund to Esky as they d purchased the substitute flight ticket instead of to me They provided an invoice and note of confirmation for me to use when reclaiming from Esky But it was like getting blood out of a stone ESky replied to my emails claiming that they didn t owe me anything despite me sending proof that I d paid twice for the same flight I had 2 conversations with really helpful ESky staff Depanshee and a week later Prasiddah They listened understood my situation and advised me on how best to follow up But the obtuse and borderline rude responses to my emails came back again Eventually Prasiddah promised to keep an eye on my file until my case was resolved Those two were kind and conscientious and helpful It felt like they cared They were 5 star employees working for a 1 2 star company My refund came today Thanks Prasiddah

It was good except I got a flight one day later than I wanted There was no intermediary screen and only after I had paid did I see that I arrived on Sunday instead of Saturday

Waiting for payment

I ve booked a return flight and my money has been taken but I have received an email saying that my flight has been reserved and that they are waiting for payment and payment is needed by the 29 11 22 is this common

I would advise you to book directly with the airlines Prices are better as well as flow of information Took esky three days to answer a simple question about booking luggage on a flight with NOK air 24 hours too late to do so online Very annoying

Waiting for a refund 2 months on on

Still waiting for a refund 2 months on Esky say they are waiting for a refund from British Airways Ba say speak to esky Not good Although esky said i was going to get the refund I must be patient 3 Sept 2023 pleased to update that I have received my refund I contacted BA they advised me to inform esky to liaise with their Trade Support team so I presume they did Thank you esky BA for resolving

Cancelled my booking and kept the fee

I purchased a flight ticket but the payment wasn t going through so I called them and they sent me a new payment link Everything seemed to be working fine then I get an email saying they ve refunded the ticket without the service fee So I ve ended up paying them a service fee for nothing even though I never asked for a cancellation They claim the booking was cancelled because the payment hasn t gone through even though they confirmed it went through on the phone Hopefully the partial refund comes through at least Staff on the phone were easy to deal with but company should be avoided at all costs - Edit full refund received review changed from 1 star to 3 stars

Very fast and a huge variety of flights

Such a wide variety of flights with different timings and prices to suit you but a bit pricey to use it as they take their commission added to the price and recently I m facing an issue with Ryanair they blocked my flight booking which I booked through this website saying esky doesn t do verification of customers and I should book directly from Ryanair website hope my booking goes through I m really worried this happened for the first time as never met any problem with booking through esky before website should add details of customers like passport number date of expiry issuing country etc to keep them away from trouble

I don t know why my booking isn t being confirmed I booked it last night and payment hasn t been taken and it s showing as awaiting confirmation Any help would be much appreciated
