Esky issue

I tried to buy flight tickets from dublin to eindhoven return on 19th january and the company denied receiving the payment even though the money left our account After some vonsiderable time and a transaction dispute started by our bank the company said they had delivered the service to us this is a total downright lie I only used them because getting non stop flights to our destination at that time was proving difficult DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY I M SURE NOW THAT WE WERE SCAMMED

I was on my airline s website when I got rerouted to ESky during checkout

I booked a flight I was on the airline s website and my search somehow got re-routed or highjacked to ESky and I thought they were the service company that does the checkout for the airline the flight totaled 261 plus insurance for an 8 day trip additional 34 and change the receipt shows they charged 352 to my credit card When I called them within less than 24 hours they conferred with the airline and offered to refund 261 basically the airline was willing to give me a full refund but ESky offered 0 zero refund on their outrageous fee that was not even disclosed during the transaction The customer service rep was sympathetic but it was useless STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - YOU WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE

If you want your flights to take place never use this website They sell you tickets take your money at the moment and later they inform you that the tickets were sold out and you stay where you are The money may or may not be returned don t return them I will never ever use their services again don t you either to save yourself trouble and stress

Query on pricing

I booked a ryanair flight 2 days ago booking no - 76744588149 cost 189 99 Which has been taken from my Visa debit But I have received Ryanair travel itinerary showing receipt of 154 89 On ringing Ryanair they confirmed the price was correct but could not re-imburse the additional 35 because eSky is an independant company which means they have overcharged me 35 There is no way to speak to customer services at eSky

The lack of clarity and mis-match information made me think this company was a scam I have since received my tickets so I know now it wasn t Better communication needed

Refund please

Reading the current reviews it seems to be a familiar theme I am also waiting for a refund on flights which were changed and not suitable Plenty of emails with the same copied and pasted comments I am sure the airline will have been in contact since they were the ones that changed the flight and will be expecting a percentage of cancellations Hopefully they will respond to this other wise I will be taking it further

My experience is that they don t really know their stuff and they overprice tasks4 months ago I I flew with them and forgot to write a review at the time I booked tickets on their website and had to change the time and date eventually so as I bought it on their site I thought best contact them They told me that they will contact the airline Ryanair and get back to me after 4 days they tell me that the cost of this will be 80 or so euro I thought okay I paid then I get another email two days later saying the airline is now requesting another something think it was 40 euro and it started to get expensive so I ask them why and they said they will contact the airline Now after another 3 days I was getting stressed and contacted the airline myself asking them why they re taking so long to process stuff and why they re requesting so much money They tell me they have NEVER been contacted by e-sky and I can log on their page pay 50 euro and change the ticket to whenever the hell I want and the ticket gets changed immediately and you immediately get a booking reservation Surely enough that worked and after a lot of pain esky refunded most but not all of my money Why lie about contacting airline and even if you did why charge over double the price for sending in a request to change ticket time than what the airline requests and why not have a guide given to your customer service saying it s easy to change with Ryanair just go to their website and pay 50 or so euro and get it changed Also they couldn t for the life of me move the dates for the travel insurance I bought and neither could the insurance company Insurance company tells me contact esky esky would then circle me back and just no result wasted money I would however like to add that their customer service is kind albeit slow and it s not so hard to reach them compared to other agencies but I think I m done with agencies and will just go directly to the airline so the airline can t tell me I m meant to contact anybody else but them I m done with the circling

2 stars only because the flights were

2 stars only because the flights were on time BUT diabolical communication resulting in cabin bag was not included told to pay 41 which went up to 51 within the space of time it took me to reply to email Tel con confirming it WAS included on both flights got a refund only to find at departure gate it WASNT included Emailed again to be told it wasn t included on return either and had to pay 27 at check in rather than have bag refused at return departure gate Never again not worth the stress and flights weren t even that cheap 17 11 22 had reply which doesn t answer my queries raised in fact didn t even warrant a response from me but doing do to let esky know I ve read it disgusted only part covers it They need to employ staff who KNOW what they re advising to the public Never will I use them again

In my case it was cheaper to go directCharged me 81 Ryanair charged them 61Therefore would not recommend
