eSky - A high premium 12 Authorisation Issue

eSky website was fairly easy to use and had no initial problems booking flights however After booking my Ryanair flights via eSky and I found out later via Ryanair Price Checker that Ryanair had received a total of 327 16 for my flights but I had paid eSky at total of 371 36 for the flights So that worked out a 44 20 premium was put on top of my flights cost That s 12 which is very steep so was not too please to find out this later down the line I expected a service charge or agent fee but 12 is very high Not too pleased Please note the only reason this came to light is that I was contact out of the blue by Ryanair directly who advised me that the flight which esky booked was made via a third-party intermediary or BOT which was not authorized by Ryanair to use the Ryanair website or app or to offer our flights for sale So how can eSky act as an intermediary and book Ryanair flights tickets for a customer if they are not authorised to use the Ryanair website in the first place Very Strange Overall this has soured my experience and trust so 2 5 is fair rating in my opinion 25 01 2022So just a follow up agent fee was not referenced on my booking just the final price The amount was never referenced at any point when I booked flight checked both my account and confirmation email and no where is this referenced So there was no way of knowing the high fee was added before booking Really in terms of straight up transparency at point of sale this pretty poor practice for the average customer view point Can you please explain why Ryanair contacted me advising me eSky is not not authorized to use the Ryanair website or app or to offer our flights for sale How are you obtaining the tickets for customers if you not authorised too as an intermediary Again this is not clear but please happy to recieve some feedback

Booking is pending Where is the flight confirmation code

We already made and paid for this booking a month ago It still says pending payment So I m not sure if I can leave in two weeks very stressful

I have just paid the extra required and still looking for my tickets I have checked the spam folder and can t seem to find them I have had an email saying booking confirmed but my status is pending so I m very confused on the situation Any clarity would be great

In all fairness - after some emails being exchanged - eSky has now reimbursed me for the costs of staying overnight at LGW and buying a new return ticket to Newquay
