I used Eurosender to arrange my relocation abroad for work From the very beginning I received continuous support from Vid He took away any concerns I had and patiently replied to all my questions I made use of the dedicated van service with driver including on- and offloading of the goods and it went very smooth Everything got picked up and delivered exactly following our agreement It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use EuroSender again

After a relaxing holiday in Spain I discovered I had left my new jacket and handbag behind and booked Eurosender to return it to London The process proved very complicated thanks to Brexit but Sara Rodriguez was incredible- calm courteous helpful She took responsibility for my problem and was very patient on the phone and by email until it was sorted Cannot thank Sara enough Great personal service

placed an order to be picked up on a certain day but unfortunately the driver couldn t locate my address I had to make a call and then exchange emails with Claims Agent Sara R who made my life easier by reodering on my behalf and making sure that package was picked on the next business day in the morning I am really grateful for her help She is the reason I am leaving 5 stars for eurosender

First off eurosender has amazing prices for shipping packages The courier arrived a bit earlier and I wasn t at my house but with the immediate help of Desara from customer service I was able to reschedule for the next day with no problem Bing bang boom simple done

Jaka was very helpful in getting the move go as smoothly as possible They are quick in responding and not too expensive Would recommend if you have to move your furniture across the border especially into outside of the EU
