Would score zero if possible
My Temu delivery was scheduled for 15th November tracking showed unable to deliver no further update Did chat bot on 20th November absolutely useless but did generate an email from Evri saying they d investigate and be in touch Heard nothing tried chat again got nowhere Called customer service number which on site shows a smiley woman wearing a headset but no its automated Inputting my parcel led to the automated voice telling me my Boo hoo delivery was delivered to my porch My order was from Temu I don t have a porch I don t have my purchases Able to leave a voice mail which has generated nothing Evri has zero customer service

Would give zero
Would give zero The problem is the courier Doesn t knock Leaves wrong package throws packages into garden packages split open and items missing doesn t pick up wrongly delivered packages She won t respond when questioned save for a grunt Possibly doesn t speak English Every week myself and neighbours play hunt our packages She obviously can t read Numerous complaints been made nothing is ever done A sham of a company Sort out your useless employees

CONSTANT LIES ABOUT FAILED DELIVERY
My second one star review in as many months The problems go back years Every time I ve had the misfortune of being assigned with Evri the parcel is late following lies about failed delivery attempts I work from home can see the door from my desk If someone s at the door I know about it WHEN WILL BUSINESSES STOP USING THIS COMPANY

This is the worse outfit ever should not be allowed to tell lies take peoples money sending emails giving a time then saying they will 2 days later why do people use these idiots knowing we won t get our stuff l even paid 7 extra and they are days late why do l want a birthday card when the birthday is known passed they don t care please everyone don t use them they are all liars sending cards days after birthday l didn t have time to get another but was promised it would be here please STAY AWAY

Worst company ever
In future if a company uses Evri to deliver there orders i will not buy from them Placed an order with debenhams Evri received the parcel then it seems to have disappeared Would love to know what happens to all the parcels this company have misplaced over the years

Everi has ruined my christmas
Everi has ruined my christmas im so stressed failed my delivery but they sent an email saying they d be in touch on friday 13th nothing Checked with them on the ibot and although the tracking says its out for delivery the ibot says its still with the sender Sender says it with Everi MandM plus Everi are the worst companies to deal with No promblem just wont be using both companies again let this be a warning to all then hopefully they will get their house in order or go out of business fingers crossed it will be ther latter

The worst courier service I have ever experienced
Once again I m getting sorry we missed you or you were not in when we attempted a delivery messages which are just blatant lies Words fail me describing just how bad their service is Trading Standards should intervene as they clearly fail to provide any sort of delivery service

LIED NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY 3 TIMES TRADING STANDARDS AND COURTS ARE BUILDING CASE AGAINST EVRI
I have contacted trading standards and issued every document and internet reviews about their blatant lies of delivery attempts I have been waiting and business is open all day till 7pm They say it s due between this slot then get message attempted failed They need stop liying and wasting people time and money This was very important parcel which has had huge effect on my business I ve lost out on 5K Trading standards are seeking compensation for me and are taking evri to court for their failed business practices You can go through same procedure if you been effected trust me its worth it They will lose their contract with all major brands and suppliers and be forced to close down by the courts in coming weeks

Worst delivery company ever
If I knew the company I ordered from used Evri I would never have ordered from them Ever since I complained that their driver did not respect my house after he climbed on the fence threw packages in back garden despite sign saying not to he makes up lies to not deliver The driver lied saying business closed even though I live in a house and was home driveway blocked and attempted delivery All lies as I have a door camera and was in all day waiting for delivery Now package probably won t get here for Christmas Crap company

Everi
The Courier who delivered my package left it on my door step and I live in a terraced house and they did not even knock or ring the bell this item could have been worth hundreds of pounds and were I live as a very high robbery stat I am lucky it was just by chance that I opened the door and saw my parcel I shall not be using Everi myself and certainly will not be recommending the company to anyone This as happened to me on more than one occasion now I am also disabled and of an older age I have tried to phone the company without mush success on various occasions If I could give a review of minus points I would
