I had a wonderful trip with Zac This was my first time that I used Euro Tunnel with my Dog Wonderful experience details mentioned below Pricing I checked with few of the providers all had quoted me higher pricing saying Euro Tunnel is expensive these days no standard ticket is available I need buy flexi ticket which will cost me 330 - 425 But when I called Zac he gave me the correct pricing Procedure Zac followed up and ask for documentation before booking to make sure all documentation are in place properly Follow up On the day of journey he followed up again with us with our correct arrival time Timings As soon we arrived by train from Paris he was prompt on time He supported us with our baggage from the platform to the car Service He made sure sufficient water is available in the car He offered water for our dog Given us time to make our dog walk for sometime to freshen up before our journey starts Seats were covered with proper cover Pet Clearance On Pet clearance centre he accompanied us with the pet helped to get the clearance done from the officer VAT Refund As we came from Paris and entering UK We wanted to do some VAT refunds he helped and accompanied us there As the VAT window was closed he was with us waiting for the officers to return after their break In fact we missed 1 slot of Euro Tunnel for this Journey As it was our first time through Euro Tunnel we discussed about Folkestone he detoured a bit for us and showed us Folkestone On the way to Sutton we spoke a lot about their culture exchange our ideas on Geo Political issues happening around the world etc From Calais to Sutton We didn t realised how these hours were passed 5 Start from my side Keep up good work ThanksIncase someone from UK wants European Pet Passport Zac can help I had some difficulties doing by myself I discussed the same with Zac and he mentioned that he is connected well and can do Pet Passport from Europe

My driver was so helpful My dog and I arrived very late at night and he ensured we were safe and passed thru the tunnel with ease He even took us all the way home on short notice due to the trains being on strike I would absolutely book his service if I need it in the future
