Smooth journey and lovely driver We moved with our kitten from London to The Netherlands and we had an incredibly smooth experience with Elite Pet Taxi Better prices than other competitor great driver - punctual and managed to take us to our new home before planned arrival time I d recommend them to anyone who s got to cross the channel with their pets

Marcel was awesome Once I got the pricing he gave me a quick call to explain the whole process which was not reassuring but also very helpful He is doing those trips daily and can assist with most questions He was on early explained the journey once we left the hotel and played an active role at LeShuttle Eurotunnel We ran into an issue with the health certificate and the implantation date He kept calm and we were able to resolve the issue together with the rather difficult agent I would recommend Elite Pet Taxi to any friend

Another excellent transfer from Paris to London completely stress free and so comfortable As always Marcel was punctual to perfection to pick us up and Koukla our pet dog was so excited to see him Once again we arrived at our destination an hour earlier than anticipated Thank you Marcel We will be contacting you again shortly for our next trip

Absolutely amazing service Lucia was wonderful to work with getting us a quote working through details making suggestions and checking in on us the night before we were scheduled to leave On our travel date Marcel was fantastic He was in constant communication prior to pickup worked around some issues on our street in Paris a neighbor was moving and had the road blocked off and navigated terrible traffic like a champ The van was very comfortable and impeccably clean and amazingly fit all of our luggage Marcel was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the trip and very kind to our two cats Every aspect was exceptional and we would happily book Elite Pet Taxi again
