Improve credit without debt

A little tricky to get set up at the start and you really have to track charges that haven t come out yet when doing your personal budget but overall great experience and am seeing improvements in my credit Am thankful for an option to improving credit that doesn t involve going into more debt

Great app and company great UI simple use Only thing that could be better is that sometimes it takes a while to update balance changes leaving you unable to spend the amount of money that you actually have for a few hours

The little things that matter

That we got started a little over a year ago and everything was going smooth Then my bank and another bank was doing a merger and after the 2 banks become one there was troubles with me being able to use my EXTRA account That after months had gone by and everyone working to resolve this issue months had passed that I wasn t able to use my EXTRA account EXTRA assured me that everything was okay and that all the time that my account was down was added to the end of my membership time so that I got the whole year s membership

Great card and app Just wish there was a manual refresh button for my spend power Other than that it does what it says Helps maintain boost credit scores slightly Just hoping this doesn t flag as a tradeline

Because of your awesome credit building card I now have 2 credit cards and a store credit card and am steadily building my credit Thank You So Much For the first time in my life I actually have a rated fair credit score

Every point of contact has been

Every point of contact has been superior from staff to room to amenities The only caution is there are too many points of contact I had to speak with 4 people to check in Concierge check in desk parking desk and time share rep plus 2 follow up calls and emails It was all very pleasant and customer service focused so overall I am well pleased

Live Phone Agents Needed

A Phone number with a live agent would be more customer service oriented However I must say that the live chat concierge communicates well and in a quick responsive fashion The concierge is effective but it s just to painful and humiliating to have to communicate this way All in all to be fair Extra is a very good product Can t really complain to much Thank You

outstanding besides 1 aspect

Only negative I ve had with extra is the fact that updating your bank balance can take 10 hours sometimes If that happens I send a quick message to concierge and it s sorted quickly and simply Nothing else bad to say it s been a great card

Perfect for Bankruptcy

Love the ability to build credit using debit While I m not the young person the card is intended for I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy after a divorce and was looking for ways to build credit while in my bankruptcy payments and extra was perfect for that

Application could have finished earlier

I feel that I applied earlier around June but I get approval really late the values could have done I have brought before August and I have almost always bought often only if they let me get it right now so I would able to be glad for getting points as much earlier
