Ethan has been great in advising me on my upcoming rental renewal His advise and information on what needed to be done was comprehensive and clear I therefore needless to say but fully agree on his advice to go ahead He managed to get a reasonable deal for another year Many thanks to Ethan and to Ezytrac for looking after my rental property for another year
