Lyn has been brilliant

I first spoke to Declan at Ezytrac who was very helpful I was then Passed onto Lyn who has been brilliant and has made sure she has been there to guide me through the process and make it as simple as possible Overall it s been a great experience Thankyou

Rent review

Ethan carried out a rent review and the negotiations with the tenant Ethan did all the work on my behalf as the Landlord I just had to agree with the approach and outcome Both me as the Landlord and the tenant were happy with the outcome of the negotiations

Highly Recommend

We rented a property in London with Ezytrac Property Management for almost 5 years We had really good experience with them Any maintenance issue they would take care of it with high priority We never had a rent increase even once for the last five years and the rolling contract they put you in after the first year is just amazing We ve had multiple property manager coordinators over the past few years they were all amazing - but notable ones are Lyn and Declan
